Location is Awesome! This Mariners Watch villa is 200 footsteps to the beautiful Kiawah beach! Located on a premier section of Kiawah (East Beach) and is extremely close to the Night Heron Park, 5 Star Sanctuary Hotel, and brand new Nest Cafe and market. The villa is on the 2nd floor (so, no overhead noise), has cathedral ceilings (spacious feel), and has

Easy bike ride or walk from the beach to the Sanctuary Hotel's outdoor bar and dining area. It is also a big convenience if you are renting a bike from the resort to walk over to the park if you need a rental or replacement.

The villa has a premier rating (sold surface counters, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances) along with updated cabinets, a bar area, a spacious shower, flat screen TVs, new mattresses, and new furniture. The villa sleeps 4 with a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a new Queen sized leather sleeper sofa in the living room.

The villa is locally managed so if you have any concerns during your stay you will receive a quick response.

Please let us know ahead of time if you are celebrating something special we can arrange for a Champagne Welcome, Fruit Baskets, Flowers and other Special Requests. You can even have groceries delivered ahead of time. We truly want you to enjoy your stay.

Perfect stay
We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was easy, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and the owner even left us a chilled bottle of wine because we were celebrating our anniversary! It is amazingly close to the beach, and we loved the ease of renting bikes and umbrella/chairs. Kiawah is gorgeous, and we look forward to a return stay!

Love Kiawah, What better way to enjoy your time at Kiawah than to be at this awesome condo. It was very nice, clean, so close to the beach, and you couldn't ask for a better location or property manager. The recommendations about the area and restaurants were spot on. The beach was so close and spectacular. Enjoyed out time and hopefully, will definitely be back.

The condo is located in a great location, very close to the beach and is in great proximity to everything else on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed while there. The host is very responsive. She provided us with quick answers and helpful information about the area.

Very pleased with our stay
We were very happy with our stay at this unit. It was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. The bike trail, which can be seen from the screened-in porch, was easily accessible . Plenty of things to see and do on and around Kiawah. We watched the sunrise on the beach and the sunset from the Bohicket Marina on Seabrook. We would book this property again.

Kiawah is a great location for beach vacation. The beach was not crowded and the water is so clear. The property is in an excellent location. It’s so close to the beach. The hostess, Barbara is awesome. I left my personal item behind. She followed up and shipped it back to me free of charge.

Excellent Place to Stay
We have been going to Kiawah for 7 years and this property was excellent. We have stayed at several places around the island but seem to always love the Mariners properties because of the closeness to the ocean. I highly recommend this property because the property owner reached out to us twice to make sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything while we were there. The place was clean, couch and bed were comfortable and there were literally no bugs at all which are typically found down in a lot of properties on the island but not this one. Definitely choose this place if you have a small family and want a good getaway with easy access to beach and other places like the nest that is a hop skip and a jump from the property!!

Awesome apartment in Kiawah
It was our first visit to Kiawah and Barbara's apartment was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It was a well appointed apartment with everything you may need. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach with much needed A/C. There was an easy reserved parking spot out front. I read reviews of other apartments on the island that had problems with rodents and/or bugs, and this apartment was spotless and we never saw any issues with those things. We loved exploring the area and having a great place to come back to at the end of the day.

Lovely condo
We enjoyed our stay. Barbara was so attentive to every question we had. The bedding was comfortable as well as the furniture. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was about a five minute easy walk to the beach. The only issue that some people might need to know about is that it is on the second floor and you have to climb about 22 steps up to the unit. Other than that, it was great for us.

Condo coziness
The condo was cute and we loved the location. The screened in porch had a nice view over water and a bike path, so we watched bikers and even saw deer run by on the bike path one evening at dusk. We were close to both the beach and the pool. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked so we were able to prepare several meals in the condo. We brought our bikes and rode them for miles, kayaked at Mingo Point and played tennis on clay courts at the Sanctuary. We had a blast! I’d stay there again.

9 days of mostly beach time and dining (mostly out)
We've been to Kiawah over a dozen times, all but once at villas. Most were two bedroom at Turtle Point, which I kind of prefer but this location is fine. Very much updated in furnishings and clean except counter tops and floors were sticky, which we cleaned. Stairway is difficult for elderly esp. when moving in and out. A great plus is it having full Kiawah resort privileges.

You’ll be so grateful for this location!
There are over 3,000 houses/units at the resort, but not many have this beach access! When I’d see others having to cart their beach supplies from way across the main road, I kept thinking everyone else must be so envious. ;) Mariners Watch is a fantastic location for anyone prioritizing beach access + this unit is in a great location within the MW complex. You will use Boardwalk 16. Look on the resort’s ‘interactive map’ and notice how central East Beach is to everything. I enjoyed the ability to quickly be at The Sanctuary. Everything in the unit was squeaky clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. This unit is perfect for a single, a couple or a small family willing to use sleeper sofa. Barbara was a dream to work with - so kind, hospitable and quick to respond - a wonderful host! I will definitely return!

The best of South Carolina on one Island
I loved my month stay on Kiawah Island. This condo is in a great location. Within steps of the beach and with a bike/walking path literally in the backyard and a 5 minute walk to Night Huron Park. I love to ride my bike and everyday was like a new adventure, riding for miles and miles mixed with daily beach walks. The beach was not crowded at all. I am not a golfer but the golf courses looked fabulous and made me wish I was a golfer. The condo was comfy and had everything I needed. My communication with the owner was awesome as she and her crew checked on my occasionally to make sure I had everything I needed. Shopping at Freshfields Village was convenient and Kiawah Medical Spa and Salon is awesome too. I recommend Ireland for massages. The people were all very friendly. It is definitely an island for those who wish to be active, not to mention exploring Charleston. I am missing Kiawah already and dreaming of going back to experience it in a different season and visit all the places I still need to visit near there. So much to do and see.

Wonderful 3 Weeks at 4253 MW
My husband & I spent the last three weeks of October at 4253 Mariners Watch. I communicated numerous times with Barbara, the owner, prior to arrival and she always replied promptly—I had lots of questions about the villa. Check in upon arrival was easy. The villa was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, updated bathroom & kitchen. Lots of closet & drawer space in bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals at home. The living room was comfortably furnished & the screened porch had been upgraded to a “wicker” loveseat, chairs, & coffee table. The porch was perfect for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails with a lovely view of lagoon. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. You are also steps from The Sanctuary, Night Heron Park, & the newly built Nest (shop & food services). The weather was perfect, we rode bikes, my husband golfed, & we spent hours every day at the beach. This villa is perfect in every way—location, furnishings, cleanliness, AND owner pride. Thank you again, Barbara! We had a wonderful three weeks!
