"The view is stunning 180 degree ocean views just across the road. It is well equipped and fit our family of 7 comfortably. Large kitchen for entertaining, a wrap around deck to take in the views and the master bedroom was huge with a large ensuite. A downside was the ensuite was open to the bedroom which we found very strange and not very useable if you want to shower or use the toilet in private! Also the large skylights in the bedroom didn't allow for sleep ins unfortunately as the sun...

"This was our second time at Tilba Heights. Beautiful location, lovely house. Full of interesting artifacts, artworks and books- the owners clearly expect to have interesting and interested people come to stay. The 33 (I think it was) steps and the steep drive keep us fit. Gorgeous views. Only 5 mins walk to town."

"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...
