Guests can access areas of the duplex except the for the locked cupboard in laundry.

The house is a quiet suburban street surrounded by retirees, so noise be kept a minimum especially between 10pm and 8am.
If you are warned about excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of money.
