COTTAGE ON PARK: Backs onto Park, leads to Beach

Delightful holiday cottage that sleeps 6 and backs onto a beautiful reserve where the children can play cricket or football to their hearts content.

Sit on the deck and watch them or just sit and enjoy the coastal lifestyle and have a BBQ. The back garden that leads to the reserve would be wonderful for those hide and seek games.

In the winter, our home is lovely and cosy with the AC doubling as a heater. It has an amazing grass area to bring your own portable firepit, situated safely away from the house and trees, it's the perfect spot to roast marshmallows in those colder months.

This cottage has everything you need to make a lovely holiday, 3 bedrooms - queen in the main, queen in the second and a single plus a trundle in the third.

There is a large bathroom with a full-size bath plus an extra toilet.
The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning, and a large lounge room with TV. The modern kitchen is well set up with both a microwave and a dishwasher.

This is a truly beautiful spot, once you get to the back of the yard you can walk straight through the reserve to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away.

There is also a garage for your car.

Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights throughout the year and weekly over the Christmas/January Holidays. Linen is included.

Great cottage for a family of five. Clean and functional. Kiama a great place to base a family holiday with Jambaroo action park, Illawarra sky walk, Minnamurra rainforest, and beaches all within about half hour. We really enjoyed our stay.

Over all we were very happy with the accommodation, the cottage was very clean and is in a lovely location. The only suggestion I might offer relates to the kitchen knives, they were not very sharp and there was no serrated bread knife which made it difficult to slice loaves. Other than that all other needs were catered for.

Great family getaway
I took my 3 girls on our annual daddy/daughter getaway and it was just the right size to accommodate us all. A very close walk to the beach through the backyard. Located on a quiet street. Had everything you need to cook if you want to and a lovely deck out the back for a bbq while kids played in the garden.

Great stay
We really enjoyed staying at this house. Unfortunately the weather was raining but because of the large space we had it was more than manageable. The kids toys were a nice bonus for our small children as well. The only drawback was the back balcony which didn’t have a door to stop my toddler but otherwise was an excellent place to stay.

Great for family
The house is large and well equipped for family stay. I liked the duo functions of aircon and heater in the living room which I turned on heater in the morning as it was still cold for us when we woke up during our stay. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for simple meal cooking. The shortcut from the backyard to the beach is a nice walk without driving. Overall, my family and I enjoy our stay at the house.

Good house but cleanliness was wanting . Cleaners had not vacuumed window sill with dead flies all over it . Toilets had dried urine on seat . Laundry tub had Unknown matter in it. Rest of house was VERY good . landlord should change cleaners as $100 was NOT good value
