Some parts of the hotel seemed abandoned with only a couple of tailor shops and a hair salon on the bottom floor open. Wish they had an amenity shop onsite so save the walk to the 7-11. "We were upgraded! Amazing hotel and thanks to expedia we got vouchers for Thai Iced Tea or Iced coffee. Amazing staff and location is just perfect from this hotel. Terminal 21 mall is also within the hotel. Amazing restaurant and shops are conveniently located within the hotel. "
