"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. "This is an apartment in a building with no staff to help you on check in. I waited 1 hour in the lobby in extremely humid conditions and the property managers were not responding to me or Hotels.com when we tried to contact them multiple times. Front desk only had 2 security guards with very limited english so we didnt understand each other. They kept referring me to a sign instructing me to check with "agent" for check in instructions. "網上列岀的服務、與使用，均與真實不符，列明明提供清潔服務（又沒有注明需要收費），有列岀提供毛巾（又沒有注明需要收費），其他項目若需需要收費會有（ ）（需要收費），我們入住管理員也跟我們說，早上某時段至某時段會有人清潔，但入住後兩天見房間還沒有清潔、沒有更換毛巾。管理員亦摸不着頭腦，他才幫我們致電該上級反映，直至第天早上才能回覆，說每項需要收費，說這些只能提供第一天，這樣令我們措手不及，而且房間內很多破爛或損壞的設施，掛牆柜檯近乎要塔下，冷氣損壞沒有冷氣，廁所沐浴企缸台底漏水，每次沐浴後，整地都是水，坐厠如厠後很易淤塞，每次如厠後，每次都可能需要自己伸手入去通渠，跟本就是全部都沒有人來處理。"
