"It is rather hard to get to Mai Chau but we think it is worth a visit. Staff is really friendly and nice but their English is not that good so google translate was a great help. Place is charming, comfortable but a bit basic.. The scenery is breathtaking and they lend you bicycle for a ride…which we did! It was hard work but SO so worth it! The pool is very handy and cold (for a change) so just the ticket when it is so hot! ‘The breakfast is a bit basic but it’s in a very remote area. Not for everyone but a really lovely spot.
