"Beautiful Georgian home run by Anna who also works at the Stalin Museum. Thế room was large, one of 3 upstairs. Large living room and kitchen and shared bathroom. Home made breakfast was included; we ate family style with all guests at a large table. Delicious and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "

"Nice enough. Centre of town. Parking in the street in front. Bathroom smelt of drains. TV reception poor. Very good breakfast but only available between 9-10am"

"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. Breakfast room is very beautiful and choice of food was enough for small hotel."

"This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. Positive: Nice mattress Negative: Everything else... - It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy. - The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for one person and also uncomfortable. - Check-in was complicated and long as they seem to have a poor connection with hotels.com. - You have to ask for everything, cups, towels, toilet paper...They supply nothing without asking. - Things like the electric kettle are in terrible condition, the shower very basic. - If you search them out and ask, things are possible but don't expect a smile or feeling of being appreciated as a customer. It's just get you in and wait for you to leave."
