Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light in the living area. Other features include a private laundry and a deck and a balcony. You're a very short walk from nearby shops and restaurants, just 3 minutes from Mountain House Base Area, and only one shuttle stop from the ski slopes. Soda Springs offers shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the living area. It features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and large windows with beautiful views. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. Please note, firewood is not provided by the homeowner. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private balcony is just off the living area. Enjoy the views and the private grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors have been recently installed in the dining area as well. The first of two bathrooms has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedrooms, the deck, and the laundry area are on the lower level. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to the deck. There's also a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the deck. It has spectacular views, seating, and extra firewood.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
