Place was somewhat run down, carpet seemed dirty. Beds were hard. Breakfast was in a paper bag. Items in the bag didn’t taste good and even smelled rancid. Morning staff was friendly and helpful, night staff was not.

Great staff went the extra mile for us and then our friends when it got to cold and the staff saved them a room til they checked in later that day And the grab and go bags ended up being very full and packed of a variety of stuff

This place had everything we needed to be comfortable for a night when we visited Mt. Rushmore. It was pretty pricey for a bare-bones motel but its location could not be better and the staff was accommodating and welcoming.

Close to everything. It’s actually at end of keystone mall. No hot breakfast, Expedia got that wrong but they supply a bag breakfast, danish or muffins etc, with juice, fruit and water.staff are so sweet especially Sheila, o believe that was her name but excellent stay no problems 👍

Second Stay Still a Charm
The individuals at the check-in desk were wonderful and helpful each time. The ckraning crew were also eager to help when needed. Even the sack style breakfast was more than expected with a kids version and two additional choices. If we travel in the Keystone area again, we will book with the Keystone/Mt Rushmore location again. Also Rushmore is very close.

The property was really close to Mt. Rushmore. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was acceptable. A/C was good. Breakfast was minimal with only breakfast bags provided. Did not use or see pool.
