This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night for an additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The modern dining are can seat six at the table or breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Perfect spot to ski from
This place was perfect! So convenient to the ski slopes, with amenities and a perfectly laid out space. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. They were really flexible in allowing us to keep our car in the garage a few more hours too!

The washing machine door springs do not work, the bathroom toilet does not fully flush, the TV is almost impossible to use. You cannot use the guide and you cannot punch in the channel you want. Finally there was a mechanical noise in the wall that never stopped making noise the entire time.

Awesome location, but a little dirty
Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Very near to the 3 hot tubs. Underground heated parking. Kitchen has everything we needed. Stairs are close and convenient. Communication before check-in is awesome and gives all the details you need ahead of time. Cons: A little dirty. Murphy bed is very heavy and is freestanding so it's not easy to lower or put up. Couches are pretty worn out. TV in bedroom is hilariously small. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Elevator slow and extremely busy at the peak times so you may have to wait 4-5 times to allow it to finally come with room available (luckily the stairs are very close and convenient for the shorter trips where you aren't hauling all your gear to/from the car). Overall: The cons are all pretty minor, and the location and affordability of a place that sleeps 5 outweighs these cons. Next time I'll still look around at other options, but I would definitely stay here again!

The only negative item was that it was very difficult to find assistance when needed, even from the owner. I tried calling the numbers and the emails they left, but nobody could help me with a simple question. I was not able to get into the workout room with the items left me. It was important for me to have this accessible and unfortunately, I was not able to use it. Sadly, no one seemed interested in helping me either?

It was a great location and adequate size for our needs. Family of 4. Two adults and 2 teenagers. However I agree with previous reviews- there is nowhere to unpack and store clothes- makes for a messy and cluttered stay. I tried to put clothes in the nightstand but there were nail clipping in the drawer. Gross. So we all lived out of our suitcases for a week. A few more hangers would have been nice and can be purchased cheap. Please invest in some more. They do not need to be the fancy wood ones- plastic will do. Great location and ease of skiing and shopping and eating! A few minor improvements needed but overall a good space.

Reviewer Comments: I booked on Expedia and then had to contact Summit County Mountain Retreats 3 times, by email, then by phone twice to complete a contract before they would tell me the process of accessing the condo. And our key didn't work the next morning at the pool. The first contract that was sent went to my junk since it was sent from a PDF email without a name, then the one I filled out after contacting them by phone wouldn't submit, and I filled out every line, then I had to talk to a person, and since the contract submission still didn't work, then they had to send me THIRD email for the contract. You don't get to check in until 4:30 an have to leave by 10 AM. Extreme hassle to stay in a condo booked through expedia. The property itself was wonderful though.

Needs A Little Work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Keystone, specifically in the Silver Mill building because of the great location. We have previously stayed in a unit managed by Summit Cove, and we loved the process and the property. While the process was just as seamless with Summit County Mountain Retreats, we were not pleased with this unit. It was run down and dirty. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were falling off and literally hanging to one side.The threshold in the bedroom doorway was literally duck taped down and in the bathroom doorway there was a filthy goopy substance on it. The couch was filthy with an oily black look and it had an odor. There were big gashes in the drywall that need to be filled and painted. Also the TV in the bedroom was smaller than a computer monitor, it was maybe 18 inches or so. I took pictures of everything. I would never stay in this unit again and to be honest I would be very hesitant to stay in another Summit County Mountain Retreat property.
