Had a great time
Loved the location and view. Place was very clean except the walkway outside of the door. Someone did clean before the end of my stay. Felt safe staying here. The mechanical room is a bit noisy, more so for my dog who thought it was someone at the door every time it did what ever it was doing Would seriously consider booking the condo in the future.

The machine room noise is awful!!
Unit was nice, clean, comfortable and everything worked. Location is good but not slope side if that is what you are looking for. The constant loud high pitched hum from the engine room abutting the unit was intolerable! It says end unit but it’s really not b/c the machine room is on the actual end! 250yds to slope if you are a bird or can walk on water….. it’s walkable but much farther than noted or than it looks on map. Fun was had by all even as we hummed or screeched along to the engine room.

Nice place
Overall, the condo was fine, and we had no major issues during our stay. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I liked it well enough that I would stay there again. At the same time, in planning a trip for next year, I’m already looking at alternative lodging. Pros: -Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes -One of very few pet friendly units (and has pet supplies on hand). -Leftover coffee, oil, and spices came in handy (even though I had brought some of my own) Cons: -On the smaller side. It was fine for our family of three, but wouldn’t work well if you maxed out the capacity. -No hot tub, which is unusual for this area -Sign on the door says to leave ski gear outside, but there’s no secure way to stow your gear -Not able to use the garbage disposal b/c the “HOA has old pipes” -Rude property management company when they called the day prior to arrival Other: -The closets have a lot of the owner’s stuff in them that made storage a bit tricky. -There is a lockable closet outside where ski gear could be stored, but the key doesn’t open the deadbolt. -The TV is on the small side for modern TVs. -The TV is connected to a Dolby 5.1 surround sound system, but the speakers are incorrectly placed. For example, two of the front speakers are located behind you. -You have to stop at the property management company location in Dillon to check in and retrieve your keys. Time to upgrade to a modern WiFi enabled lock where the code can be easily changed between guests and this hassle eliminated.

Overpriced
Very small! Online pictures make it look much better than it actually is! Value for the amount of money charged not equal! This is just a simple condo, nothing extravagant for an extravagant price! Cleaning fee is too much I expected a very clean condo, not built up dirt and dust under crunches, around carpet edge in bedrooms, mold in front shower and stains on mattress cover! There was also a very weird musty smell in the extra bedding in closets! Much room for improvement if you are going to charge those prices!!

Rugs and soap would be good
We spent 3 nights in this property. The location was a ten minute walk from the Peru lift. The hot water and pressure were stellar. Once we checked in we read that we needed to buy our own bar soap. We went to the local market and bought 2 bars of Dove for 7.50. There was also, a warning next to the kitchen sink that said that the water contained high amounts of lead and that we should drink bottled water. We went out for that too. Both of these should have been included in the rental. In addition, there were few rugs in the main areas and the dirty gravel from the parking lot was hard to keep at bay even though we removed our shoes at the door, and we vacuumed everyday. Finally, I snagged my barefoot on a metal strip that was standing loose above the floor. Not good.

My First Ski Trip
This property is so cute and in the perfect location! The views are gorgeous!! We were able to walk to the slopes every day with no problem. The food at the lodge was expensive but we were able to run home and make lunches and then head back out. It was perfect. The kitchen was decently stocked. It has a regular coffee pot with coffee and filters AND a keurig with coffee pods. The beds were comfortable. We wished it had a king bed but there really isn’t enough room for one. All in all, it was great!! My only somewhat complain is you weren’t allowed to bring your ski equipment in the house with you. I understand why they don’t want it in the house but it makes it difficult to store it. We stored ours in our car but I’m not sure what people do if they didn’t have a rental car or if their rental car wasn’t big enough. I wish there was a storage room option. Our friends rented a condo in the building next door and they had a storage locker in their lobby. Like I said, not a huge deal, we made it work. We had an amazing trip!! We cannot wait to go back!!!

Owner rented with broken door lock
I’m very disappointed that this owner and property manager would rent this location knowing that the lock to the front door was broken and needed to be replaced. It took a long time for a representative from the property management to show up with more keys. Only 1 key “worked” by shaking it inside the lock. I was told we’d receive a discount due to this hassle, but never did. The property management was apologetic, but that didn’t help us when it took us literally 5 minutes to get inside after a day of skiing because of a broken lock. The second bedroom had a comfortable mattress. The master mattress needs to be replaced. My husband and I sunk into the middle of it. Other than that, the property was clean. We didn’t have access to the hot tub, but it was an easy walk across the pond & stream to Mountain House and the Peru Lift.

Location is only reason we'd stay again.
This condo is in a terrific location. A 5 minute walk to the slopes with view of slopes from inside. Unfortunately, that's pretty much where the pros end. The unit itself has many shortcomings. We typically do a night out, a night in, a night out, etc. The unit isn't set up for doing any real cooking or food prep. There is a lack of utensils and cooking equipment. The cookie sheet and 9x13 pan are rusted so terribly we lined them with foil. The fridge had a bad odor and water filter replacement light was on. There were no oven mitts, kitchen cloths or towels out - we dug into cabinets and found a couple of towels under some pans. Badly organized unit overall. Moving on to the in-suite bath - shower leaks horribly all over the floor. It needs to be caulked or sealed. We avoided using this shower after the first night. Each bathroom had a half or less roll of toilet paper with no additional rolls provided. I don't expect a 4-pack even, but two full rolls for a two bathroom unit seems reasonable. Check in is at 4:00pm, no earlier, I called and inquired. No big deal, we did our grocery run and got to the office in Dillon at 4:05. Office was locked and employees were backing out. Keys were in a lockbox as outlined on listing site for arrivals after 5:00pm. Hmm. Arrived at unit and only one key worked. Sent an email and response was to "jiggle it a bit". We jiggled it a bit multiple times and it was a no go so put the key away; it was useless. Loved the skiing at Keystone & Breck. Would definitely come back but would look for a place where the owners or management take a little more pride in their property. Probably doesn't deserve a 3, but the location...

Great value for walk to ski location
Cinnamon Ridge is a great value based on your ability to walk to the Mountain House ski area. It was very clean and well stocked. We lost power for about 5 hours one evening due to the Boulder fires and the ample stockpile of firewood on the deck allowed us to keep warm until the power came back on. The entryway is a bit small which makes dressing out an entire family for winter weather a challenge. The only real disappointment was the door locks/keys. It took a lot of jiggling of the keys to get them to unlock both the deadbolt and door handle lock. We did not address it with the property manager in real time as we could usually get in within a minute or two. However, on one occasion, it took nearly 10 minutes of standing out in the cold to get the door unlocked. We were disappointed that this was an issue as it was highlighted as an issue by a previous renter.

Fall getaway
The property was in good condition. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. Very easy check-in and out. Great location on the bike path and walking distance to some restaurants, shops and the cute village at the mountain base. There were no sponges to wash dishes and the DVD player was confusing. There were blinds under the master bed which was weird but overall our stay was great! Thanks for renting out the condo!

Condo is dated
The Condo is very dated. Especially the 2nd bathroom shower looks dirty, but is just old and needs replacement. None of us wanted to take a shower in there. Dishwasher tray is falling out, Master bedroom lamp not working probably, going off and on. Shades of the master bedroom are stuck underneath the bed and sticking out as a trip hazard. We needed to sweep the floor in the kitchen and living area before we felt comfortable. Please also make sure to bring enough drinking water with you, since Keystone has a lead issue. Would have been good to know this upfront. We needed to drive back to Dillon to get water (was pretty picked out) after reading the note in the kitchen.

Comfortable, Cozy, & Great Views
I visit Keystone, CO every year for a conference and pick a different location to stay at each time. This property was nice and a great view of the mountain. This unit was also pet friendly, which was great as I was able to bring my dog on this trip. Don't get me wrong, the place was very well kept and had some nice upgraded amenities such as the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, tile work, furniture. I'm simple enough and was completely content with my stay. However, there were some outdated features or very small details that could use improvement for a traveler who expects top quality when staying at a ski resort and the cost of the property. Number one issue was the front door lock was frustrating. Upon arrival, the keys initially provided did not work! We had to wait in the parking lot almost 45 minutes for a property staff member to come and bring us different keys to even open the door. After that, through the rest of the stay the replacement keys were troublesome to unlock the door. Taking several attempts each time to wiggle and shake the handle just right to open. The items I would recommend to consider updating are things such as, newer/more comfortable mattresses (particularly the master bedroom). Better quality pillows. Most of them in the condo were flat, and old. When taking off the pillow cases they were dingy and stained. The spare bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder so it just laid on the floor. Newer regular size blow dryers. Most other properties in Keystone area provide TV's in the bedrooms. This property only had one tv in the living space. Full size or better quality bathroom amenities, such as soap bars, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. The property description stated that these items were provided. However during our stay there was only 1 small bar of soap about the size of a poker chip. And 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The second bathroom only had 1 small conditioner. Overall the stay was fine. Grateful to have a roof over my head. Just offering my two cents if openly accepted.

Great Location!
This was a fantastic place to spend a week with our family. It was quiet and the view was beautiful!! The neighbors were all very friendly and the kids enjoyed walking in the river. We were disappointed we didn’t see any wildlife but know they are unpredictable. The condo was accurately represented, the doors on the bathrooms didn’t latch but we were fine. There isn’t a lot of kitchen utensils but plenty of cookware. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We would recommend and stay again!!
