Locally owned and managed for 8 years now - we offer 24/7 check in and support services if any need should arise and taken care of through the offices just around the corner. You never need to worry about not getting someone on the phone to answer questions or offer assistance.

Come stay in our quiet 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located in the heart of River Run village -- just steps from shopping, restaurants and the River Run gondola.

Our Unit provides the following comforts for use during your stay with us:

The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combination with stone tiling. The guest bedroom features a plush queen bed. The second bathroom features a single sink and a shower/tub combination. In addition, the comfy queen size pull out sofa sleeps 2 individuals. You will also find a humidifier and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

The living room has a fireplace, reclining lazyboy and overstuffed furniture that invites you to relax and recuperate after a long day of adventures that Keystone has to offer.

The kitchen has all the necessary essentials for your convenience including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bowls for mixing and storage, full silverware and cooking utensils, pots/pans/crock pot, plates, cups, and bowls.

Additionally, Silver Mill offers the following conveniences for your use during your stay:

• High speed wifi

• Two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building.

• Laundry facilities are located on the 4th and 5th floors. (This unit is on the 3rd floor which makes the laundry facilities very convenient if needed)

• A spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, game tables, and a pool table.

• Two hot tubs, sauna, outdoor grills and access to the Dakota pool

Location is hard to beat in terms of ease of hitting the slopes. Convenient to food and rooms were quiet- couldn’t hear other folks around us. Highly recommend.

Had a great multi-day stay here in June ‘24. Location - Location - Location: There is lots of good food and coffee within walking distance. Lots of trails and walking paths. Condo was clean, comfortably furnished. Had no problems at all except that, like I read in other reviews, we could never get the fireplace to work. Owner will send you a thorough packet of the condo and surrounding area and check-in/out procedures. They are communicative and organized.

We had an out of state wedding and booked Chris' place to stay at. The place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and only a few minutes away from places to eat, shop, etc. Chris was so helpful and answered all of our questions right away. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

The location within River Run village is great. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. FYI-The max height into the underground garage is 7 foot 5 inches according to the signage- plan accordingly as our SUV wouldn’t for with the Yakima skybox on top.

SilverMill Perfect Ski Condo
8215 SilverMill is a beautiful charming cozy condo minutes away from river run gondola. Wonderful views, great convenient location with nice dry garage underneath to park. Appliances, bedding, decor are all top notch! The owner is very easy to get in touch with and quickly responds to any question~ I asked if I could check in a few hours early and he made it happen as the place had been cleaned. You will not regret staying here!

Comfortable condo, amazing location
Fantastic location and great space for family of 5, with 3 teens! Great kitchen and living room space. Plenty of room for ski clothes, perfect spot for ski boots and private ski locker on main floor. Amazing access to all River Run Village has to offer! Will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend to others! Very easy to pick up keys.. we arrived at 1 am with no problems. Private parking. Easy to communicate with owners, very, very easy to check out!

The location was perfect. The unit needs several repairs… kitchen cabinets, kitchen faucet, blinds. Fireplace stopped turning on. For the price it would be nice if everything worked properly. With a bit of updating and repair work this would be a top notch rental.

Greeted with a very musty smell that took 2 days of open windows to remove. Heavy wooden patio furniture stacked in the living room which we had to move to the patio. Patio sliding doors had not been cleaned. Hot water to kitchen sink and showers took forever. Blinds could not be adjusted.Very slippery shower floors. No rubber mats. Coffee table beat up with broken hinges. Living room decor could use an update.

the property was great- the management company-not so much. email instructions said go directly to property and use digital keys- wrong- had to go back to management office for key cards. then told only 1 car can park near property or will be towed. was meeting my son so we had 2 cars. the condo sleeps 6 so in many cases that might be two cars.

Perfect condo!
Extremely clean and comfortable. Great bedding. Only negative was the fireplace didn’t work but not enough of an issue to me that I didn’t contact anyone. The fact that the unit is at the end of the hall makes the stairwell access so easy to spill right out on the main pavilion of River Run. The ski locker was awesome and well as all the hooks by the front door drop zone. Could have had more glassware but plenty of ceramic cups of for coffee and the appliances were all spotless! The bathrooms were immaculate as well and the underground heated garage was a huge bonus. You are issued a key card from Summit Rentals which is an easy process after hours. The key card provides access to the condo and all the outside access points as well as the garage. It’s a secure property!

We had no hot water of an evening the 5 nights we were there. And, on top of that, it was out all day Thurs. No communication from property manager. I called the leasing company (?) & they were very pleasant & apologetic. We had to take our showers & the next condo over, that day! The hot tubs weren't working when we went to use them. We used the ones at the next condo over (The Dakota). I/we will never stay at the Silver Mill again.
