Liftside 104 is a large, comfortable spot for a small family or close friends. With plenty of seating it has an amazing view of the mountain. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Peru lift and Mountain House Ski School! It's also a very short walk to many food and beverage options. Enjoy the fire pit and indoor pool and hot tub. Walk down to the Snake River and explore. There is a great trail system right outside our door for walking, running or biking. Our amenities include a clubhouse with heated indoor pool and 10 person hot-tub, outdoor gas fire pit, beautiful and accessible outdoor communal spaces, coin operated laundry on-site, and many other features designed to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Our clubhouse also features showers. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. 1st floor condo. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult age 35 or older staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 30 (thirty) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. This condo does not have a fireplace available for guests.

Unless otherwise noted, properties are not pet friendly. However, Service Dogs must be allowed by law. Some owners have pets and bring them to their properties (cats and dogs). Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.
We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.
