Welcome to this stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in the heart of River Run Village, where vibrant decor brings lively energy to every corner. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in breathtaking mountain views. With the gondola and a variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away, this charming retreat offers modern comfort and unparalleled convenience.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a bench for convenience as you come and go throughout the day. In the living area, enjoy a flat-screen TV mounted above a warm gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Owner has provided a selection of DVDs and a DVD player for your enjoyment. To the right of the fireplace, a built-in desk offers a perfect spot for remote work, reading, or letting kids express their creativity. Step out onto the private balcony just off the living area, where you can relax and take in stunning views of the slopes.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a mounted flat-screen TV, and mountain views. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Please note this property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Location, location, location. Gondola was like a 3 min walk. Clean, everything was provided that would be needed for the stay. Great communication with property management via text. Main office close enough, if you need to talk to someone. Overall great experience early skiing season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location in relation to the slopes is great. The condition of the property is great. However, the room's location is right above an area where they clear snow each morning, and it is very loud. Also, the bedroom backs up to the elevator lobby, and the walls are thin, and you can hear every single noise being made by people using the elevator. The room is loud all day and all night. The mattress on the pull out bed is terrible and uncomfortable. The main bedroom bed is comfortable, but the fitted sheet is too small for the mattress and kept coming off the corners in the middle of the night, resulting in us getting tangled in the sheets EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. There were not enough towels. The toilet paper is the cheapest available. The management company is great, it was easy to book, and they provided great info.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo - very clean all over - especially the bath - comfortable bed with great linens. Well-appointed kitchen. Located about as close as you can get to the main Keystone gondola lift. The only drawbacks: 1. The couch was not the most comfortable to sit on. 2. This is probably only a problem in the summer when the windows are open, but the condo seems to overlook a loading area for some of the resort's restaurants, and has trucks driving in and unloading very early in the morning. Other than that, the stay was perfect.
