Pros-room was very spacious, nice view. Cons-needs extreme updating. Window in bedroom was broken and could not close. Did not feel comfortable leaving belongings in first floor room when leaving. Kitchen lights had no covers.

Good and Bad
First the good. Pet friendly condos are very hard to find in this area so this was a big plus. Nice area to walk dogs in as well. Good location, not right on the slopes but close. The unit is very large for a one bedroom. Now for the bad. Needs a lot of general maintenance and attention. Very dated and furniture is super old and uncomfortable. We could never get fireplace to work. There was no rental handbook with information. Bedding was awful I’ve never seen such flat, dirty pillows, bring your own!

Great spot for dogs and kids
We loved the condo and it is very spacious and comfortable. The ability to bring our dog here was wonderful. The unit is ground floor and has a nice spacious enclosed patio. Right outside the unit is a path to the dog play area which was covered in snow while we were there. Our doodle loved to romp and play there. Just across the yard from our building is the indoor swimming pool. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Unfortunately while we were here the hot tub was closed for repair. The condo was clean and well stocked with two tvs and many books and games. Parking is close and was not crowded while we were there. There is a small store at the entrance to the complex that has alcohol, gas and a wide selection of groceries and convenience foods.

Perfect setting with pets
All was great. One bedroom and easy access to outside for our pup. Condo was clean and easy access to shuttle for skiing. Other reviews note dated furniture. Yes. But we were there to ski and sleep. Full kitchen and plenty room to move around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Property signage to locate your unit was not good. Instructions given to get a key were wrong. Instructions to secure the unit when leaving were not given. Instructions about the unit not having A/C was not on the instructions when checking it out. The property was not maintained well and path lighting was out. Went out 1 morning early around 3:30 am and got locked out of the outside door and could not get back in, had to wake up my wife to let me back in. Left 1 day that I paid for early to go home. Will never pick this place again. For those that do maintenance, you have a ceiling light out above the fridge, need to make it easier to open the unit's access door it sticks because the deadbolt sticks out too far. You also have a bad mice problem just outside the unit's living room windows they run from hole to hole. The Ice machine in the fridge does not work.

The condo was a great location! We walked in the sliding closet door that was broken was the 1st thing we saw. The living area smelled like a dog and the furniture was worn out. When we arrived there was popcorn left under the furniture and a dog bone was in the cushions of the sofa. The kitchen was efficiently stocked. The bathroom was cleaned but outdated. The bed was comfortable.

Spacious friendly condo
This is one of the most spacious 1 bedroom condos we’ve stayed at. Very pet friendly on the 1st floor with lots of walking trails. Would improve communication about amenity use/hours. Also need more drinking cups as there were only wine glasses and mugs. Overall good property and location.

Located in a nice quiet complex with walking paths out the door - need night lights on walking paths. Very nice comfortably furnished unit of good size for 4-5 people. Kitchen is somewhat poorly stocked with cooking and dining essentials. There were no kleenexes nor napkins provided. The balcony, while good-sized had substandard furniture that needs replacing. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place, bad experience turned to worst EVER
Great condo. ......... but the trip went south quickly by various events such keystone maintenance showing up unannounced needed us to leave so they can check the fireplace. Lost a day snowboarding having to rush back from copper mtn after the property manager (Sterling) left a voicemail that our stay was up demanding we had get the dogs and vacate the condo asap. Our call back(s) to remaind unanswered. Finally the VRBO helpline confirmed this was by error, no apology. The experience went from bad to worst Saturday around midnight as we had to call 911 on drunk, drugged up tenants screaming and fighting right outside our bedroom window. one of them ended up being tasered and arrested. subsequently, ambulance and the fire department showed up and the entire complex was raided/searched for hours by the police. This episode left us not only concerned for our safety but basically sleepless before our 14h drive back to California. Cleary property manager Sterling is incapable of coordinating routine maintenance tasks, can't read their own reservation system nor was he or anyone courteous to call back and apologize or even check on us on their mistake(s) and the horrible 911 experience.

Nice Getaway
The property was very spacious and clean in a great setting for our family of four and our dog to experience a cabin/outdoor feel, but close to all the attractions and stores. The outdoor areas were great for taking our dog on walks and letting her out. Pull out couch only fit one of kids and was not the easiest to sleep on, but it worked for kids under 10.

Dog Hair in Bed
This property was dirty when we arrived. There was dog hair in the bed—on the pillows and inside the sheets. The kitchen counters were dirty and food was splattered on the cabinets and ground into the upholstery. I immediately contacted Vacasa by email and phone. Vacasa did not reply to email or online complaint. After a long wait, I reached Vacasa by phone and was promised a fresh cleaning of the condo. This never occurred, yet thanks to a very professional and pleasant man named Jose who worked for Vacasa, at least we got clean sheets ASAP. Very disappointing to pay peak rates and arrive to a dirty condo. Vacasa management never responded and never made it right.

Great pet-friendly condo!
The location of this condo is great! Can easily take a bus about a 2 min walk away to get to Keystone, or in our case it was a 10 min drive up to A-Basin. Great south-facing windows that allow ample light into the living area and the little balcony overlooks into the commons which is nice. A really awesome pet-friendly place, was very clean and the whole property is really catering to folks with dogs with doggie bags / trashcans throughout, well-maintained trails all around perfect to walk your pet. Many other folks staying in the condos had dogs so it was a great vibe overall for us dog-owners (and the pups enjoyed playing too!). Kitchen is pretty basic, has all of the pots/pans, cutlery etc. but limited to no cooking basics (oil etc.). Not too much of an issue, just be sure to bring everything you need food-wise for cooking. The mini mart / gas station just down the road (walking distance from condo) has essentials needed. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the mattress of the queen pull-out couch desperately needs to be replaced. You sorta roll into the middle and you can see the indent of where folks before have slept; when you lay down you are laying on pure springs. Luckily we only had 3 of us, so the third person could sleep on the mattress / window bench - which works, but keep in mind it's not a true mattress. I imagine since this place is advertised to sleep 4-5, folks would be pretty disappointed to have to sleep on (or have their kids sleep on) such a bad pull-out for multiple nights in a row. Also, the water / ice maker on the fridge didn't work at all and needs to be fixed. Only get one parking pass which I thought might be an issue as my husband ended up having to drive separately from us since he was coming from another mountain, so would have been nice for two passes but wasn't an issue this time. Would be good to get other instructions on where extra cars can park in the future.

Happy to have such a nice place to stay with our puppy!
Very nice property, clean, well-stocked, carpet-free, and close location to Keystone village. Only callout being the foldout couch isn't quite useable (too many dips and metal supports), there is a separate cushioned platform by the window which can sleep one average-sized person.
