Issue was with Leavetown
The property was great. But Leavetown was a pain. I was told by the owner to follow Leavetown's instructions vs VRBO. I did so. The email with the properties directions was completely wrong. Incorrect property. I had to go back to the check in place and get the correct instructions. The email also stated check out time was 11AM but verbally they said 10AM. Again, incorrect instructions. There was no WiFi password instructions in the condo and called leavetown and said they couldn't help. I finally after multiple calls messaged the owner who gave me a good number. I would never rent from a property if it is managed by Leavetown again. The irony is I went back to the VRBO email and they had everything correct.
