Four of us stayed for two nights. Great area and close to the beach and shopping. The unit was clean but parking was tricky and the instructions were not clear. The instructions for the entrance code was also unclear. There was no mention of the # as a part of the code. After the first few times it locked us out. A few additional amenities would be great to make the space more comfy. Overall not a bad stay, the unit is decorated tastfully and spacious for four adults.

The condo was very nice. Really liked the little touches that was left for us, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs, coffee pouches, and bath supplies. It was very spacious for our family and the patio was very nice. I was surprised as to how quiet the complex was in comparison to how close it was to the airport. The only issue was the mixer valve for the hot/cold were mixed up in the master bath and the air conditioning was leaking a bit in the kitchen area. I'm sure those are issues that can be repaired. I'd stay again at this complex! Really enjoyed it. A suggestion would be for the complex to have a tiki bar near the pool area to serve drinks.

Older dated property. Professional manager would not refund a $28 lost item fee 15 minutes after initial call. After fees this was over $400 per night. We thought it poor value for a place with no screens an an odour.

Long weekend
We were in town for long weekend for a wedding. The condo did its job as we were not really there much. The internet is slow and there are no streaming apps or devices in the home to watch anything outside of your basic cable. The bathrooms and kitchen are the originals and due for an upgrade. They do have an in unit W/D which is nice but is incredibly loud. We stayed through Monday and housekeeping came in on Sunday via the 6 digit code on the door without notice or announcing themselves. Thankfully we were still home and they could hear us but left a uneasy feeling. The condos are on the far side of the island away from all the action. Even though close to the airport we couldn’t really hear the planes that much.

Main TV did not work, texted management, they ask if I wanted it fixed. Said yes please, no one ever showed up, we were there for 4 days. Very sparsely equipped. Tissue container was empty, no cleaning products, no extra trash bags. Would not stay at this unit again, but maybe they are all like this. Ask to put some items in the refrigerator 45 minutes before check in, they said no even though it was already clean, saw the cleaning people leave.

Minor issues
Overall, the experience was good. There were a couple of issues though: our toaster did not work, 1 load of laundry was $2 for each washing and drying cycle (outrageous pricing) and the change machine was empty resulting me having to walk all the way to the office to get change. Also, the laundry detergent dispenser was empty and took my money (there was no complimentary laundry detergent as described). Also, there was no ice in the room and the ice machine did not work either. Minor things like this were not huge issues. Overall, the stay was good.

Affordable Key West condo
Loved the short drive to Duval St. The condo had a kitchen, cute balcony, two bedrooms and two separate baths as well as a washer and dryer. I believe the couch is a pull out too. Great for families or groups. Loved that there was more than enough toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and dish wading bags. Very useful! Negatives, found a bug in the bathroom, but it is Florida. No tissues in the tissue container in the bathroom and the extra toilet paper was hiding that. The bathroom with the washer and dryer barely had any counter space and the space there was, was above the toilet. There’s a piece of art in there and if it were owned by me I’d take that out and put two empty shelves. The condo is also right beside the airport and it can be loud at times, but didn’t stop me from sleeping at all. The people staying above us were very loud. Over all, very cute place. Excellent communication from the Vacasa workers the entire time. They definitely deserve a shout out or raise! Made checking in and out extremely easy.

Private - but a bit out of the way
Set in a nice enough condominium building the unit was very private and suitable. Parking is under cover and space is dedicated to the unit. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items, but we made due, and admittedly like to cook a few meals while away - usually breakfast. We rented bikes to get around, even though we had a car. It was a little far from Duval, and that is good for the quiet, but also far from restaurants, shops, and attractions. The only close attraction was Smathers Beach and it was closed for construction. Overall we made due, and would recommend this unit for anyone who doesn't mind being out of the way, driving, or biking. Walking is really out. On the other hand it was very quiet, which it would not have been if it was downtown.

Great condo in a great location
I've stayed in this particular building two other times, in two different condos. Ste. 101 was definitely nicer in every way than the previous two. It was extremely clean, well appointed, and the management team that rented it to us was exceptional. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is traveling to Key West
