Property is dated and dirty. Floors were filthy and it is not being maintained. It needs a thorough scrubbing and a paint job desperately. Towels were awful. They didn’t absorb and left white fibers all over you when attempting to dry off. It could be nice but it needs work.

Quiet and relaxing
Great accommodations. I was surprised how quiet this place was being so close to the airport. We rode bikes down to Duval every day, nice ride. The place was very comfortable for our group of 4. Would absolutely book this place again.

Perfect space
The condo has great space for 5 of us. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with enough essentials. Vacasa maintained good communication leading up to our trip and while we were there. Pool and hot tub were a hit, as was the pond area with all the turtles, birds, & iguanas. The location is quite a ways away from Duval, but convenient to a few beaches and the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Very good location, close to the beach and downtown, the unit was clean, the laundry in the garage was a bit complicated with downloading the app, no quarters, we were in room 312, the swimming pool and the hot tub were clean, please change the air filter, it's very dusty, especially if someone is renting with a dog , for people with asthma it will be very helpful

This 2 bedroom was just what we were looking for, clean, quiet, & spacious. It was hundreds cheaper than other 2 bedroom units we looked at. Just be prepared to have to travel! It just seemed far from everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Pool and spa area wonderful and water temperature great. Laundry room locked and had to call and email to gain access. Restrooms at pool locked. Nice quiet location. Easy access to everything in key west. Would stay in the same facility again but not same unit. Ice maker makes hammer noises. Red chairs in living room bizarre. Blue curtains?? Everyone we dealt with was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in making us comfortable

Check out was 10 AM on the dot, we got back a little after 10 and got lockout with our luggage inside. Contact Vacasa to open the door was a nightmare. Finally hung up and talked to the nice cleaning lady to open the door for us to pack up an leave. This is suppose to be a vacation rental, but having a strict 10 AM check out is bad business. Even Hotel have a 11 AM check out but still flexible for late check out. Never again. Bye Vacasa.

This place was just ok. I realize properties and hotels in Key West are expensive (this was ~$500/night), but this was just ok. Door handles falling off...kind of bare bones. The type of place that in most major markets would be around 20% of the cost. There was a washer/dryer closet, but it had been removed. Several door handles lose/almost falling off, etc. If you're looking for something that "gets the job done", maybe this is it. If you're looking for something more than that, this is not it.

Door Locked at 10 AM without you checking out - Stay away
2 stars for Locking the locked at 10 am on the dot while we were late getting back to check out. Locking all our belonging inside while we were outside in our bathing suit. Calling to have it unlock was a nightmare, from getting manager approval to onsite manager with a promise to call back. Yeah right. We end up asking the nice cleaning lady to let us inside to pack up and leave. Thanks Vacasa for ruin our vacation. Yes, We are on vacation for crying out loud !! Also the last picture of the walkway to the beach is a misrepresentation. The beach is couple miles away. Never again. Please stay away.

There is nothing fancy about this unit. It has some of the basic items you would expect and nothing extra. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well (which is important when its hot and sticky outside). The Kitchen has your basics available for making breakfast.

Great condo for Space and price
We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and nice complex with pool across parking lot. Only issue was no washer and dryer in the unit and for us not a deal breaker but we’d pack much differently if we knew we couldn’t wash on our trip. Overall great place if you don’t care about being close to Duvall.
