My wife and I have stayed at this property a few times over the years and have only positive things to say about it. We did book a weekend stay last weekend and our flight was delayed and delayed and ultimately cancelled and the management would not offer a credit to stay for another weekend, they reimbursed us barely $400 out of our $1,200 payment to them. We will be back in Key West soon but will avoid The Garden House going forward.

Sammie and Dawson were absolutely awesome. The breakfast and pool area was nice. The room needed some attention. Dresser drawers and toilet seat were broken. The a/c struggled. The bed was lumpy. But otherwise enjoyed our time in Key West.

The garden house was perfect, We had the best time! It’s walking distance from everything and the bikes you can rent are great! Breakfast was great and overall the place was quiet! Sammie and Katie are the best host, can’t thank them enough!

The location of the property is absolutely excellent, within walking distances to most of the popular places. We were very lucky for finding a free parking spot just cross the street. The breakfast was decent and the staff services were excellent. The air conditioner was pretty loud though.

We were very disappointed in the Garden House. The room was small and not well appointed. The bathroom was extremely small and not well maintained. There was mold in the grout in the shower, rust marks on the shower tile where a shower caddy had probably previously hung and a rusty medicine cabinet. The paint was chipped and scuffed. I had no confidence that ant part of the room was well cleaned. I would never choose to stay here again nor would I recommend it for others.

Great place but, the room was moldy and smelly. Almost to a point of leaving. It is a great little place other than a very unclean room with an extremely musty and moldy odor.
