Great location if you wanna be close to the action. The only thing that may be a downfall is noise. Music at night and a lot of street cleaning (and roosters) early in the morning. We didn’t mind too much cause I sleep with a tv on, but light sleepers would struggle.

no Internet or tv, the bill hadn't been paid in months according to the statement on the tv, floors were disgusting, dust caked on things, mold on caulk on bathroom sink

Excellent stay and great location
Everything about the property was great. Clean, comfortable, bright, and close to everything. Entrance is on the side of the building which initially was difficult to find, but that was a minor negative. I would stay here again.

First and foremost, very clean and amazing customer service. We had one minor issue, totally our fault, and management responded immediately. All home codes worked perfectly, extremely easy in and out. It is a bit loud until 10:00 pm…it is Key West! Roosters for sure, again….Key West! Would go back for sure.

Great Key West Stay
Place was clean, spacious, and a fantastic location. We walked along the harbor every day and didn’t need to take a single Uber except to and from the airport. As other reviewers have noted, the roosters are loud, but we knew that coming in. It was so hot that we didn’t get to take advantage of the balcony as much as we’d like. Overall an awesome stay!

Nice little quaint appt. Located close to the heart of key west duval st. Very entertaining sitting on the balcony watching people walk by day and night. The only con i can think of is their is a new restraunt/bar next door and played music very loud till about 11-12 pm. So it not a early to bed appartment.

Excellent location but....
Very noises, can't sleep there. Roosters start at 4 and go to 830 am. Someone with a blower starts at 6am including sundays , street sweepers in the middle of the night. The place needs a little TLC and pest control as we found some unwanted guests in kitchen. Trying to check in and get into place isn't easy

Location!
Located within walking distance of all the main attractions of Key West. Three blocks from the hop on-hop off trolley, Margaritaville on Duvall is about a 10 minute walk….five minute walk to Sunset Pier for “sundowners”, live music and great drinks! Parking was not as bad as the listing says it is, but, be forewarned that the Parking Patrol was at our car at 8:10am(all overnight parking expires at 8am) as we were leaving for the airport! The balcony was an excellent place to watch the activity on Front Street. One small complaint and not the owner’s fault, is that the next door neighbors put out chicken feed for the birds, including the roosters that are everywhere in Key West. Today, one of the roosters couldn’t wait for sunrise and started crowing at 2:30am, we think he was trying to tell the neighbor that he was hungry and needed to get up and feed him! Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will stay there again when we return to Key West.

Poor communication
I didn't get any information about check in, emailed management company, they said they would email information 1 week before, they did not Multiple emails later they did email me information, but it was incorrect, they spoke of a gate code, property did not have a gate, finally figured out this was the code for the outer door, then at suite door,second code did not work, after calling management company, discovered they had said use# key when they really meant * key. Location was great, cleanliness awesome, furniture worn out, laminate peeling. I was disappointed
