DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Greeted by swaying palms and lush greenery surrounding this charming tropical getaway, the stress of the real world instantly washes away. A front porch begins your time calling for a good book as you unwind and watch neighbors passing by. Find a bright and open Great Room inside outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a writing desk and a flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen area includes a table for 4 and bar top seating for 3.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Follow the stairs up to two comfortable guest rooms lying beyond charming barn doors for your peaceful night's rest. The first room comes with a queen bed and a TV with direct access to the front balcony with a charming swing to overlook the vibrant neighborhood. The second room comes with a king bed and a TV , as well as access to a rear facing private sundeck with loungers for your lazy days. Full bathroom with shower is located on the second floor. An additional half bathroom lies outside off the back porch area.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Slip outside from the kitchen area to your covered, tranquil outdoor oasis. Grill up your fresh catch of the day to be enjoyed at the outdoor table for 4. Enjoy an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a fun summer day out on the town. This property is just a stone's throw from the famous Duval St. making your time in Paradise practically perfect.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Sailor House happiness
This was our first time visiting Key West and we stayed at the Sailor House at the end of April. The home was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the location was very convenient. The front porch, back patio, upstairs back deck and balcony were nice outside options to read a book or drink a morning coffee. A block away was a shop where we rented bikes for the day and a golf cart for 4 hours another day. Moondog Cafe and El Siboney were two of our favorite restaurants that we walked to from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sailor House.

Lovely, clean house located in a prime location. The host was very attentive and ensured that we had what we needed. Super easy check in. I especially loved the comfy couch and felt right at home on the days we were not out and about. We had no issues with any noise coming from Duval St. The only issue (to be expected in Key West) was parking. The street was completely full at all times and we had to opt for pay to park most of our stay. This house is perfect for families or two couples because of the amount of space and balconies the property had to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Steps Away From Duval...
This lovely home was conveniently located near all the attractions we were looking for - Duval street, Hemingway House, Butterfly Conservatory, Mallory Square and more. It was just as pictured with a comfortable gathering space, nice outdoor areas and a generous kitchen. It also had great A/C which was needed. The bathroom situation could be a challenge but we made it work (only one full bath). The construction next door was the other challenge. Not ideal after late nights but I guess that's an intermittent project. We just happened to be there when they were working. Overall, I'd highly recommend this well-appointed and well situated home.

Nice place
Wonderful location on a quiet street but central to everything. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen (except for no dishwasher soap or attempt to get us any after I asked so we washed dishes by hand...no huge deal, but would have appreciated a response), nice patios/great balcony swing. Would have liked 2-ply TP, having the property manager not turn on the AC and TVs(!) many many hours before we arrived. But all in all, great place to stay.

The house is beautifully updated, with a large kitchen and living room. The outdoor spaces are fabulous, particularly behind the house, which had plenty of shade on hot days. The beds are comfortable. After a busy day at the beach or exploring Key West, it was a wonderful home to come back to.

Great get-away!
The Sailor House was just as described! As a premier VRBO host myself, my expectations are high. The property manager, Brian, was awesome, and the property did not disappoint! Quaint and cozy house beautifully decorated, super clean, and with had every amenity we needed. Loved morning coffee on the enclosed patio and wine in the evenings on the rooftop patio. Perfect locale and perfect size for a group of 4. I recommend the Sailor House along with working with Brian! Hope to stay again!

Nice house , close to everything yet out of the way. One block from Duval, cvs a block away, southernmost point 10 mins walk. The house is nicely equipped and maintained , multiple decks to enjoy the outdoors. I especially appreciated the property manager keeping me informed prior to arrival and turning on the lights etc, in case I arrived in the dark. I definitely would stay again.
