Royal Poinciana is a studio cottage with a queen bed, kitchen ,and private bath. The queen bed sleeps 2 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster. and coffee maker.

The quaint front porch is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail and affords people watching at its best. A lovely back deck has a dining table and chairs and there is a shared heated pool and deck.

Located in the Heart of Old Town, most activities and destinations are within reasonable walking distance. There is no assigned parking. Free street parking only.

Nicely landscaped small cottage
Great one bedroom cottage, small, but exactly what we were looking for. Away from the bustle of Duval Street but close enough to walk there. The pool was perfect! Also, just a half a block from El Siboney, one of our favorite Cuban restaurants.

An Oasis!
A great little oasis near all the great restaurants, bars and shops. Bathroom needs updating but the pool and outside deck are spectacular. Will definitely be back.

Great little spot near the BEST Cuban restaurant
The cottage was cozy and comfortable. We loved the pool out back which was quiet and relaxing, and the AC and the glorious dehumidifier drown out the rooster crows in the morning. The front porch was great for sitting out in the morning (and getting delivery from Cuban Coffee Queen). Tucked away and quiet, we loved our stay!

Fantastic Property
We rented all three cottages of the Conch Cottages! Each cottage was well equipped, clean and cool! Great outdoor space with the pool, deck and furniture! The property has a full washer and dryer which is great! We would love to stay here again!

Perfect private cottage in a great location
Great private cottage with a nice front porch and back patio with table and barbecue all to yourself. Cozy inside with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom with a great shower. Full kitchen with a large sink, coffee maker (bring your own coffee), toaster, blender, 4 burner stovetop and oven, as well as good sized mini-fridge with a separate freezer. Location was great and only a 10min walk to all of the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!

The location was perfect. Just under a mile walk to Duval street. Less than 1/2 mile to Whitestreet pier to see the sunrise and sunset. Quite street, some traffic but nothing compared to had we stayed closer.

Our Royal Poinceana stay
We loved this little cottage! The pool was a fantastic add and having laundry on the property was very convenient. The only thing I would comment on is that I wish the description was a little more clear that it was a shared complex and that there was no parking. Still a wonderful stay.

We loved this little cottage in Key West. It included a small kitchenette, front porch, backyard, complete with a table, chickens, and a shared swimming pool. The location was awesome. We could walk to Duval street easily.

Tropical Paradise
We had an amazing stay! Management was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly before arrival. The deck, front porch, and pool area were peaceful and beautiful. The location was in easy biking/walking distance to Duval St, Mallory Square, Fort Zach Beach, etc. The cottage is tiny, but comfy. A few small things kept it from a five star rating- smooshed bug left on the ceiling, broken blinds on the back door, humidifier woke us at 1am because it had to be emptied(had to figure that out), and AC can’t go lower than 73. All in all we had a great stay!

Anniversary Trip
We enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the pool on the hot afternoons. The location was good for us, but we did rent bikes and that was a great decision. The only thing that could have been better was the cottage was warm in the bedroom. The air conditioner was in the kitchen so the air flow was not as good in the bedroom. But overall we had a great trip and enjoyed out cottage.

First time in Key West. Good location within walking distance to most things.
The cottage is cute but dated. The ceiling fan and bathroom need a good deep cleaning. Deck is great. It would be good to trim some of the branches around the pool to let in some sunlight.

Great little property
This was a fun trip. The location was great. We rented all 3 cottages and it worked great to give my in laws and older daughter some personal space. If you only rented one cottage and had to share the outside area it may feel a bit uncomfortable for some. The cottage was cute and clean. The manager was always quick and helpful to get back with us. Would definitely recommend.
