Enjoy your PRIVATE BALCONY with tropical views of the Ocean and the nature preserve. This is a two bedroom two bath spacious condo. Enjoy the King Memory foam Master Bed. The second bedroom offers a pillow top Queen with an additional Twin for sleeping flexibility. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This is Key West's most coveted location. Nestles between two of Key West's best beaches, Smathers Beach is just a 20 yard walk on the side walk. We are within 2 miles of most locations on the island. Enjoy the nightlife and excitement of Duval Street (restaurants, bars, live entertainment). Each room has ceiling to floor windows that deliver the view and sounds nature to our guests. Master bedroom with king-size bed. as an added plus the second bedroom has a Queen and a twin bed . Queen-size sleeper sofa in great room. Every sleeping area has its flat screen TV and WiFi. This is Oceanfront Key West Resort Living: The property features an Olympic sized pool fronting the Atlantic Ocean. A 12-person Jacuzzi awaits. Sauna in pool-side locker rooms. Several picnic and barbecue areas surrounded by the native tropical gardens. Water sports,Snorkeling and the Coral Reef are all available to our guests. Smather's Beach is our next door.

Great Key West Family Location
The property was very nice. A beautiful two bedroom condo with ocean and palm views. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and nearby Smathers Beach so much with our 6 year old grandson. We could drive or Uber easily into Key West in less than ten minutes.

We enjoyed the place and it was really clean. Our only concern was that it was a $15-$20 Uber ride to get to Duval St. where the restaurants are. The pool was very clean and large!

Excellent property and customer service
The only criticism is that you need to add golf cart charging stations in your parking lot We also had a broken shower head in the master bath. While inconvenient for a couple of days, we called the property manager and he had someone out to repair shortly after. Thanks for the hospitality

The place is nice, the pool was great. Only thing i would suggest, since it is an VRBO condo, have a book or binder in the room with instructions on items in the room and condo, wifi info, checking out info. Places of interest nearby, food, entertainment. Otherwise, the condo is fine

This is our 3rd visit to Key West and 1800 Atlantic, and we believe this to be the best location on the island. Close to airport but comfortable distance to Old Town and activities. The pool is magnificent and the gardens too. Unit is dated but comfortable. Plenty of storage and everything you need. Rent bikes from the Bike Man - nice bikes w easy drop off/pick up. Recommend new shower curtain in master as the oversized jacuzzi is very dull and needs a facelift.

The property (pool & hot tub area especially) was beautiful. It’s quiet location & close to smathers beach. It was further from Duval than expected, but we rented a golf cart so it was still convenient. The manager was amazing & made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

The property was clean and as described. My only 2 issues would be that most of the kitchen chairs were broken, either the legs or arms. The other being the ice maker didn't work. I don't know if the ice maker is broken but the ice holder/tray is broken. The whole bottom half of the tray is missing.

Amazing Views and Location
The condo is situated right next to Smathers Beach, and very close to Higgs Beach. You can access the ocean right from the property on a kayak or paddle board (lots of rocks so bring water shoes) so we enjoyed that every morning! We loved the sunset and sunrise from the pool. Great Cuban restaurant within walking distance and a market for small needs. The condo has mostly everything, bc they have grills pool side I was disappointed they didn’t have any grilling utensils, other then that we had everything we needed. The condo was also very spacious and had a great balcony and the beds we’re comfortable enough. My only true annoyance was when I asked if a late check out was possible they said for an additional $25 per hour. I’m a host myself to a cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains and if I can let guests have an extra hour or two I would never charge for that.

Wonderful Condo close to everything!
We loved this property. It was myself, husband and 2 small children. The condo was surprisingly large and everything was extremely clean. The pool, hot tub, and grill area were perfect for people of all ages. Condo was so close to Smathers beach and in walking distance to great coffee and food! We had bike rentals delivered and rode bikes all around Key West. Short ride to Duval Street. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay! We will definitely book again!!

The property was great. The No See Uhms were terrible there! Make sure to double check before you leave, my husband left his Oakleys on the table, I contacted the property manager in the app and still have not heard a word, so I guess someone is enjoying his brand new pair of Oakleys!

Love the location and the complex!!
The condo was clean and functional- however the couch and chairs desperately need replacing as they are completely worn out and uncomfortable for sitting in. (One family room chair is actually broken!! Not by us!!) Beds were comfy. Linens and areas clean. We just love this place overall though, so still recommend 1800 Atlantic!!!!
