The deck is surrounded by the beautiful gardens, creating a tropical and lively atmosphere.

As you enter the cottage through the French doors, you'll be struck by the spacious, light-filled studio with high ceilings and an upbeat vibe. The living room area features a comfy couch, colorful accent chair, and TV, while the sleeping quarter boasts a cozy king-size bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The home includes free high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer unit, and all linens are provided.

Casa Marina Artist Studio
This "Key West chic" studio is ideal for 2 with all the amenities. Located close to Higgs Beach, yet not too far from Duval St. the location is perfect for anyone. The outdoor deck surrounded by lush greenery is private and peaceful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place is wonderful--I spent more time outside on the spacious patio as I did inside. The furniture/bed very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved the artwork and the easel and painting opportunity. Give this very highest recommendation for fellow travelers.

Quiet, clean, safe - perfect little vacation spot!
I drove down with my vehicle for one month in March for a "work"-cation - primarily me, then my father visited the final week. The property is nestled in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, with a relatively short walk to Higgs Beach (south shore) and a longer walk to downtown/Duval Street. The property is clean, well-maintained, and had all essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, salt/pepper, pots/pans, etc.) initially stocked as described. Technically on shared property, you would think it was standalone: although the owner is very friendly (we casually spoke a few times) he absolutely respects your privacy. It truly felt like my own place. The main attractions for me, as a working individual, were the quiet atmosphere/patio and fast internet connection + little desk pullout section next to the television - great for working outside too. The bed is clean and mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean/hot water/good pressure. Parking at the property is free and always available, either under the designated awning or alongside the street. If you are a single person or couple wishing to visit Key West in style but also value peace with the option to head into town for festivities, I highly recommend you stay here. I also recommend this for solo female travelers - I felt very safe with 3-series of locks and the location in a tranquil and safe neighborhood. tldr: wish I booked 2-3 months instead of one!

Adorable Studio in Old Town Key West
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very private safe secure location with a wonderful outdoor area for relaxing and dining. We had an issue with the TV but it was taken care of by Preferred Properties. Higgs beach was an easy walk to see the sunset and enjoy the beach as well. We enjoyed dining at Salute right on the beach. Duval Street was a bit of a walk, but once there we took advantage of the Duval Loop. Bike, scooter or golf cart rentals along with Key West Transit were option for getting around town. We loved Moondog for breakfast. Hope to return to Maryann’s Place in the future.
