Private single family home with off street parking totaling three bedrooms, two and half baths plus outdoor shower. Enjoy an open floor plan with double French doors that open off the kitchen to a backyard oasis with large sunny and heated pool surrounded by tropical vegetation and spacious decks for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
King bedroom and queen bedroom share a large full bath in main house. Queen bedroom has en-suite half bath (sink and toilet). Detached poolside guest cottage is appointed with a king bed and en-suite full bath including a walk-in shower. There is also a sofa-sleeper in the living room of the main home for two additional guests! Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends.

Start your stay on island time in the comfort of the great room with vaulted ceiling, cool tile and natural light from large windows, transoms and French doors. A spacious open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry allows the hosts to share great times while preparing gourmet meals or casual dining. An abundant selection of kitchen supplies to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces. There is a washer and dryer located on property as well.

A little slice of Paradise
We visit Kay West often and this was by far our favorite stay. The house is adorable and super clean. The private pool and patio were amazing. The pool had the perfect amount of shade and sunlight and even though the other houses are close by the fences and vegetation around the property make it feel nice and private. The house was well equipped. We cannot wait to go back.

Awesome with some drawbacks
This property is amazing. Quiet, comfortable, cozy, quite amazing. But during our stay there were some drawbacks. Since I am from Germany, I cannot download the vrbo app since it is geo restricted (not a fail of the property but the platform) with that it was not easy to establish communications with the property management. They seam to not be used with Europeans not having an iPhone. We used whatsapp in the end but it took a few days to get some minor issues addressed and fixed. Main inconvenience was the window ac in the pool house. It pretty much never shut off and is directly beside the bed. Was hard to sleep with that going high and low all night. For the price I expected a central ac like in the main house. Everything else was awesome. The pool was such a blessing during these high temp days. I would book again if some things change.

South Duval
Lovely home tucked in just off south end of Duval. Very quiet. Steps to our favorite breakfast site Le Grignote. Everything was clean. Fridge and coffee maker are new. Plunge pool was clean. Third bedroom does not have its own shower so best for a family or two couples, not as ideal for three couples. We would stay there again.

We stayed at The Lady Admiral for a girls weekend. The house was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio! The house is close to shops and restaurants. Melanie, the property manager was very responsive.

Termites
Extremely disappointing property! Outdated and worn furnishings throughout. Decor covered in dust. Floors and cabinets need repaired…chunks of missing grout, peeling paint, etc. Lights in main bathroom did not work properly and flickered when in use. Main door in/out of home was very difficult to enter/exit. Termites were discovered in the kitchen by Orkin on day 2 of our stay. Noisy neighbors kept us up at night (actual residents, not just guests). Overall, a very unpleasant experience!

Good place to stay. Good location and can fit 3 couples.
The location is great. It is steps from Duval street although it is at the far end from Mallory Square and much of the nightlife. About 1 mile (20-30 min ) walk to the other end of Duval St. We rented bikes and it was worth it. There is a bike shop (Fury) one street up on Catherine St. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Pool is warm and a good size. The bedrooms were on the small size but were sufficient. The bed in the "king" bedroom in the house has an older mattress that was a bit uncomfortable but the other 2 beds were very good. Storage space in bedrooms was a bit limited but plenty of room in living room and kitchen. Was clean and well kept. Only problems were sinks in bathrooms tended to back up a little and the garbage can/recycle bin rollers are extremely difficult to move in and out. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we would recommend it. We had 3 couples stay and it worked well for us and we loved the back deck for happy hours in the pool before dinner and cards after dinner and drinks.

Best Part was Location
We stayed here for 5 days with our two adult daughters. Perfect amount of common area and didn't feel crowded. Pool and patio were our main hangout area. It would have been nice if the rooms didn't have some of the "unnecessary" furniture, such as bookshelves. Dressers for clothes would have been nice. We were pretty cramped in the pool bedroom. We had issues with the house keys but learned how to properly "jigger" it to make it work. Couldn't beat the location...right off Duval!

Tropical Retreat
The Lady Admiral is the perfect tropical retreat for a Key West Island getaway. We reserved this beautiful, clean and cozy house to renew our vows for our 25th anniversary in the Keys. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, son , daughter-in-law and 2 teenage granddaughters. The concierge service was outstanding having helped us find an officiant for our vow renewal ceremony. They reserved a table for us at Latitudes on Sunset Key. Also, secured a 6 passenger gas golf cart for our stay. Our property manager Melanie was extremely helpful, friendly and available should the need arise. We simply loved our late night swimming in the gorgeous pool. We enjoyed outstanding dining throughout Key West. The location is perfect being just steps away from the Southernmost Point and all the action on Duval. We highly recommend the Lady Admiral and don’t forget to enjoy a wonderful breakfast at the Banana Cafe.

Great location
I highly recommend this property! Check-in was easy. The property manager was very responsive. The property was in an excellent location! We were half a block from Duval Street. We walked most places. If we got tired, we were able to get an Uber very easily at a good rate. We traveled with our adult children. Our oldest has a 7 month old baby. They stayed in the pool house & had their privacy (king size bed & full bath). Perfect for someone with a small child. We enjoyed the pool every night after exploring during the day. If you need to rent any equipment for a young child, I highly recommend The Hip Tourist. They delivered & picked up the items we rented (a booster seat, pack-n-play, & exersaucer). This was huge as we flew into Key West. We had an amazing trip!
