Overall the experience was fine. Property and employees were nice. Plenty of amenities. My biggest frustrating was being hit with a “split week” fee at check in. I know locally this is very common, but if a split week fee is going to be added, it should be accounted for during booking. Not thrown at a customer last minute when you are standing in the lobby with all of your luggage and without any any other option, but to pay it. Just a poor customer service tactic in my opinion.
