Heart of Downtown Key West Cottage With Off-Street Parking

A Historic Cigar-Makers Conch Home, privately owned by a native hospitable family in the heart of Downtown, a few minutes walk from Duval St. Accommodates 1-2 couples. Your car will be safe in this parking spot, nowhere near the street. The Cottage is set back from the sidewalk so you are not subjected to traffic noises.
Drink your morning coffee outside on the back deck or on the front porch.

Note two things:
1. The price listed is for 2 guests only. There is an additional charge of $75/night for an additional guest.

2. The cottage is set back from the street but nearby at Hank's there is live music...LUCKILY
as of around 10.18.23 - their music is now set further back from us! The music ends at midnight.

Great Cottage in a Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing--close to everything. We enjoyed venturing out to all the bars, shops, restaurants & entertainment. The cottage itself was clean and charming -- authentic Old Key West! We would definitely stay again.

We love this little cottage. The location is PERFECT! We try to stay here every time we come to Key West (if it isn't already booked). The owner is so nice and checks in with us to make sure every thing is good and if were enjoying our stay.

Great getaway
Everything went smooth, check-in and response from host. Loved the location,walking distance to everything. Construction in front lot was not the best , but it was quiet and created no issues. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is unbeliavebly close to downtown Key West. All the amenities were accurate and since we packed light, having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again. Be sure to try the Marcela coffee!

A little two bedroom cottage in the heart of old town Key West. It is right around the corner from Duval street yet secluded in the middle of the block. Parking is included. The host greeted us and made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed and was super comfortable.. will definitely be booking this cottage again for future trips!

This sweet, vintage Key West home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It is within walking distance of everything you will want to experience in downtown Key West, both nighttime fun and daytime exploring. This is our second time staying in this cute and very comfortable cottage. It has become our “Home Away From Home”. Great place that includes comfortable beds- 2 TV s - kitchen - laundry room - front porch to kick back and catch some sun. The owners are very accommodating and aim to please. Location is perfect. 5 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Pier and restaurants.
