I paid to have a pool view room which I didn’t get and the pool was not heated so wasn’t able to enjoy the pool . We waited two hours for our room to be ready when people arrived after and got a room right away .

This property is a hidden gem! The rooms are clean, spacious and unique. The onsite bars and food are all excellent. Property is well maintained with fun decorations for the holidays. Games and fun all about. Customer service was excellent. Front desk so welcoming. Free parking and a free shuttle into Old Town every 1/2 hour! Largest pool in Key West. We wish we were staying longer and will be back.
