A fully equipped kitchen boasts all the utensils and stainless steel appliances you'll need to turn out tonight's five-star meal. Or fire up the gas grill outside on the furnished patio and have a family cookout and spend time soaking and splashing away in your very own private pool. Three cable TVs will keep you up on all your favorite shows and movies.

Take a stroll down to Duval Street and enjoy the many restaurants, unique shops, and year-round festivities that grace Key West's most popular street. Visit some of the many sights of historic interest including the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum (with its resident population of kitty cats), the Key West Lighthouse, and the Oldest House & Garden Museum. Guests of this home are also just minutes from warm waters and pristine sandy beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
