This unit has a king in both bedrooms.

1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.

The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.

The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub by the pool, a Sauna also if you so desire.

The pool is the envy of many of our island visitors.
Assigned parking is one of our many amenities.

The historic area is less than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride.
Fish, snorkel, dive, dine, jet ski, theater or simply just relax, it is your vacation and we are to help. We will share our island secrets and you will be back.

Comfortable and perfect for leisure time!
Very spacious, which allowed some privacy for family members. Bedrooms were comfy with super cute decor. We had some trouble with our entry code and met the maintence man, who shared some great food places and activities, saving us money and time. Great guy and very helpful. Everything is as pictured, including the pool with an ocean view and check out was very simple with good instructions posted on the property for our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Spot in Key West
Nice condo building in Key West for our stay. Good facility amenities with the tennis courts, pool and workout room, plus pickleball courts a short bike ride away. Not close to Duval Street, so a car or bike is suggested.

Great condo near the beach.
Next to the beach, it is possible to walk to Duvall St. We walked to the Hemmingway house while staying here. Very nice clean condo.

Golden Girls get away
The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings.

Original condo had many problems, like bathroom door handle was dangling, so no way toclose door and fan in one bedroom was very noisy, but no way to turn it off. We called maintenance about a number of problems. Soon a representative was knocking onthe door and upgrading us to a recently remodeled unit. Very nice! So, a happy ending. Had a great stay

Although the stay was very nice and the condo was clean, the overall condition was dated and needed some touches (paint, etc). The most annoying thing, which will cause me not to stay here again, is the master bed squeeked incredibly loud. Any movement and it woke the other up. Replace the box-spring/matteress - please!!!

Property was great, location was very good. Condo itself is dated but extremely clean, but the beds leave much to be desired. The master bed squeaked like crazy every time we moved, and the mattress was fairly uncomfortable. Our son complained about the second bed being just the same.

We enjoyed 1800 Atlantic as we always do. Our unit was spotless. All common areas of the property were spotless. It also has THE best swimming pool on Key West. Quiet, picturesque, and fairly priced.

Wonderful locale in Key West
The apartment is in need of refurbishment. The TVs are small. Bathrooms are outdated. Same with furniture. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is wonderful.

Our key west vacation
The condo itself was very nice. Clean, plenty of space. I do have a few suggestions as to make this condo an even better place to stay. First off, hooks or a drying rack in the main bathroom as we had nowhere to go with our towels. Also, the box spring in the main bedroom makes a loud crunchy sound whenever you sit on the bed. The mattress was comfy, the box spring needs to be replaced. The tv was maybe a 25” in the living area. Pretty small when trying to watch a game or movie. Would be nice to have a much larger tv. The patio furniture has cracks in it, we were afraid to sit on it for fear of cracking them further. We were pleased with the location, 1st floor right off the elevators since we had to use the stairs a few time due to the elevator breaking down. Overall, our stay was very nice but with these few items being taken care of, it would have been that much nicer.

Great Potential
The property worked for us due to location and space. The only negative is the extremely dated furnishings. The master bed needs replaced - terribly. The condo itself is dated but even with newer furnishings would not need the structural remodel to be more pleasing. Otherwise rental was overall a good experience. Communication was detailed and plentiful.
