3 Level, 3 bedroom, 4 balconies, 2 bathroom Townhouse with Ocean Views

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Ocean & Lagoon Front Townhouse in Key Largo which sleeps up to 8. It was completely renovated in 2022. You have full access to the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors. Access is thru the 2nd floor formal entranceway. The 1st floor is where I store fishing gear, masks ,fins, snorkels, tennis gear, floats, pac & play cribs, noodles, high chairs, strollers, bike helmets, etc.. that you and all my other guests may access thru the first floor door. Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking. We have 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets. I provide a golf cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc... Over 20 Restaurants are within walking distance.

September stay at Kawama
We had a wonderful stay at Kawama Yacht Club. The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious, with gorgeous oceanfront views and plenty of natural light. We also enjoyed walking along the water in the mornings and made good use of the tennis courts on the property. Only note is that the condo could have been better stocked with toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper and shampoo during our weeklong stay. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat.

Family Keys Vacation
The villa has beautiful views with plenty of activities on the resort property and easy access to all Key Largo has to offer. The property is nicely updated, spacious and clean. We would not hesitate to rent again on future occasions.
