Enjoy the Florida Keys in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Townhouse with lots of outdoor living/dining space! Kawama Yacht Club and Marina on Mile Marker 99 on the Oceanside. Bring your boat! Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Overnight slip rental is also available from the dock master. Free golf cart to use within the community! There is plenty of Free Parking for your vehicles. Enjoy fast, Free WiFi and plenty of free movies! The master bedroom overlooking the gorgeous saltwater lagoon has a king bed with plush linens. The second master bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A pack and play and booster seat are available for your convenience. Our community is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. Two bicycles, four kayaks (two kids and two juniors) are also included in your stay for free! Swim in one of our two heated pools with lounge chairs and Tiki huts. Tennis courts, and a unique saltwater lagoon with our very own tropical fish specimens. The only Starbucks that exist in Key Largo is only a few blocks away from our unit.

Our spacious three-bedroom, three-bath town home has been renovated from top to bottom with attention to details with a modern contemporary flair. There is no other like it in the Keys. The fully stocked kitchen shines with all new stainless steel appliances. In the main living room, you can kick back on our comfy sectional in front of our new 65’’ flat screen HDTV with many channels including free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size washer & dryer. You will relax in our new tiled walk-in showers, each stocked with bath towels. Sleep luxuriously in our new king-size bed with a 45” flat screen HDTV. On the second bedroom we have two new full-size beds with a 55” flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom has a new queen-size bed with a 40” flat screen HDTV. There is also another spacious and comfortable living room area which is what we call in South Florida a “Florida Room” with a comfy sectional and a 55” flat screen HDTV. All TVs with many channels and free movies. Free high speed WiFi!

Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Basket with beach towels, cookware, small appliances, K-Cup coffee/tea maker, drip coffee maker, blender, microwave. Plenty of dishes, glasses & utensils! You will usually find some teas, spices canned goods in the cabinets and condiments in the refrigerator - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use.

Take in the fresh air in one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property offer diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Aquatic Center with Olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away.

Kawama Yacht Club and Marina is close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.

Florida key paradise.
This place is gorgeous! We were able to snorkel and kids had a blast catch and releasing tarpons and cudas right on site. The saltwater pool was a very pleasant surprise. The house was beautiful, clean, confortable, VERY ORGANIZED and fully stocked. Maria Elena was a great host. I can tell she truly treasures this piece of paradise. .

The perfect getaway
The property had everything we needed for a relaxiing getaway. We loved the property with the private beach, saltwater lagoon, pool and more. It is very convenient to great restaurants and activities like fishing charters out of the nearby marina. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. Mary is a wonderful host, very informative and responsive. We will be back!!!

Awesome spot great place!
We had a wonderful stay. The host was so helpful as on the last day one of us lost our purse and she went through the outdoor Are video footage to help us determine where it was, which was super nice. Whenever I had a question, she responded almost immediately. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the pickleball gear, the lagoon is really nice for swimming! Nice location near lots of great things to do and restaurants. We hope to return sometime and are so thankful for this amazing rental! We had a blast!

Great Townhome Shallow Boat Ramp
The host was so communicative and provided everything we could possibly need. House was clean, comfortable beds, and tons of space. Our only complaint is the boat ramp is shallow for most parts of the day so it was a pain to time our launches. Originally we were under the impression that parking the boat would be no issue at the marina, but upon arrival we were told marina parking was for slip owners only.

Great spot
What a great spot for a family vacation! Easy drive to the National Parks and beaches. Lots of activities right outside the door for down days. The lagoon was fabulous and the pools were wonderful. The listing is accurate and was great for our family of six folks.

Spacious Townhouse in a beautiful setting
We loved it here. It was perfect for us and our adult children to spend time together. The home is 3 floors with a full bathroom on each floor. Plenty of space to sit and talk and several balconies. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The community has a lagoon with tons of beautiful fish, 2 heated pools, a pavilion with a grill if you want to grill some fish or burgers and tennis/pickleball courts. The roads through the community are not highly traveled. It is a nice place to take a run or bike or use their golf cart. It was a little chilly our week but we were able to do all of these activities. Many restaurants are close by. We especially like What The Fish, Sharkey's Shark Bite Grill, Denny's Latin Cafe. We went snorkling at John Pennekamp State Park, with full wet suits on, fed the Tarpons at Robbies, and bought a key lime pie at Key Largo Chocolates. Also the Theater of the Sea was really enjoyable. Leave at least 2 hours to tour the entire property and see the shows. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Keys Getaway
Beautiful unit and community. Beds are extremely comfortable, furnishings are clean and high-quality, and the entire townhome is light and airy. Beach at the property is so relaxing and quiet, pools are warm, golf cart is super handy, and plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Ideal for a group or family vacation to the amazing Keys!

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway
The home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with essential toiletries and kitchenware. It was very comfortable for a group of 5 adults to relax and explore the Keys. The check in process was easy, just involved giving our name at the gate. We enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts with the provided rackets and balls and were able to use the snorkeling gear provided (though much of it was child sized). Would recommend this property and stay here again!

Big Family Vacation
During our stay we got to enjoy all of the amazing amenities that there were to offer. Especially appreciate the kid friendly ones. The playground area was a huge success every early afternoon to let them burn off some energy. The pool was warm and refreshing while offering a shallow and deep end perfect for everyone in the family. Being able to fish walking distance from where we slept was a HUGE hit with the entire family. The kids caught more fish than us adults (go figure). We also got to enjoy a beautiful sunset walk our last night as well as a bonfire. The house was clean, had beautiful decor and was perfectly set up for the entire family. Restaurants and shopping were close by. The entire family gives our stay a 10/10. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back in the future.

The best condo in Key Largo!
This property is incredibly clean and very stylishly appointed! It was spacious and well laid out. It was a perfect location for our family, very close to Rainbow Reef where we were getting our scuba certification. We will definitely be back! Maria was a fabulous host!

Wonderful Townhome
We had a wonderful time at this townhome. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Mary was very quick to communicate and respond. I highly recommend this townhome. The golf cart was great for taking out to the jetty to watch the sunset. We had three units booked at Kawama Bay for a family reunion and this one was the nicest of the three.

Fun weekend away
A group of 5 of us came to the Keys for the weekend to go SCUBA diving and celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. House was perfect, clean with plenty of room, grounds had plenty of amenities. Would stay again for sure!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We had 6 people total, and 4 kids. We had so much space! It was extremely clean and decorated perfectly. Mary was a pleasure to work with and communicated so well. She even gave us a list of activities and restaurants in the area, which was so helpful since we hadn’t visited the area before. We swam with dolphins, went on a glass bottom boat tour, snorkeled, and visited the sea turtle hospital. Such a fun trip!! Thank you, Mary!!

Parents 60th Wedding Anniversary
We had an amazing time at this property. It is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We rented two units to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The oldest in our group was 82 and the youngest 21. Everyone had a great time. The pavilion was a great place for our group to gather for meals, the lagoon had beautiful fish to watch and the oceanfront provided a gorgeous sunset for family photos. Kawama Yacht Club is a great community with something for everyone. The only thing we wish we had was more time to spend there.
