Please be aware of the following essential policies for your stay at Salt Life:

Registration Fee: HOA requires booking tenant to pay $15.00 per night (subject to change) registration fee. If not added at the time of booking, we will request it after booking.

Minimum Rental Period: Key Colony Beach zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and no exceptions can be made.

Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking while on the premises.

No Pets: HOA strictly prohibits pets on the premises to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests.

Sleeps Maximum of 4 Guests (including children in cribs):

Bedroom 1: King Bed, En-Suite Bathroom, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)

Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)

Living Room: Sofa with Pull Out Queen Bed, Two Chairs, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV)

Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal)
