Canal-Front Home with Cabana Club Access

Welcome to Gray Pelican House, a canal-front home in the quiet, safe, and pedestrian friendly City of Key Colony Beach.
Located on a deep and wide canal with a 37 foot dock and easy access to the Vaca Cut Bridge - both the Atlantic and Gulf - fishing and diving are just minutes away. The dock is equipped with a covered cutting board, running water, and a bait freezer.
Our East facing home offers a barbecue, outdoor seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. During their stay, our guests will have the use of two single-person kayaks and access to The Cabana Club (beach and pool) which is at an easy walking distance.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a peaceful, walkable community with public tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, and a Par 3 golf course.
Our check-in and check-out dates are flexible with the exception of Saturdays.

Great vacation.
Our family loved this vacation home. The location was perfect and the view of the canal was so exciting. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of seating in kitchen/family room. The balcony was the best. Always a cool breeze. We loved it so much that we booked for 3 weeks next year. Helen was always helpful with any questions. Also the kayaks were a nice addition.

The PERFECT Keys experience!
Our family of 4 had such an excellent vacation here! Location of Key Colony Beach is amazing - quiet but close to everything! Marathon Key as a perfect place to stay for an authentic Florida Keys experience without the crowds of tourists. This rental was clean, well equipped, and the host was very responsive! We were able to rent a boat which we docked next to our property for three days - so much fun! It was also very nice to have access to a beach which is hard to come by in the keys. We really lucked out and we saw Manatees swimming in the canal behind the property every evening! Our family will definitely be returning!

Perfect!
We had a wonderful peaceful fun vacation at the Grey Pelican! The home is exactly as depicted and described with everything you need. Helen was super responsive and helpful with plans etc. All new and clean in a super location for privacy, sunsets, dining out or in and walking-Going Back for sure!
