Competently remodeled from quartz countertops in kitchen and both full bathrooms. New doors throughout the unit with updated ceiling, floors and walls. One of the only units with a unobstructed view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The view will not disappoint you. Key Colony Beach is in the heart of the Florida Keys. Very nice breeze year-round and excellent views from kitchen, living rooms and master bedroom. Wake up every day with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms and 2 full baths, ocean front and pool front. Third floor with elevator and 2 tennis courts & pickleball. Great fishing and snorkeling from the beach. Fishing pier is new . Childrens park across the street. Beach located just a few steps away.

What a great place to stay! What a beautiful condo the owners Kevin and Clay are great, they are both are so kind and they keep this condo consistently maintained, their condo was so clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved our time spent there and will be returning next year

Wonderful property!!
We had an amazing stay in Kevin's condo. It was super clean and the view was just like the pictures. Kevin was especially helpful and easy to contact although we didn't have any problems at all. The condo had all the necessities for a great time. Kitchen was well stocked, beach towels and even some fishing gear. This is a gem for sure! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Vacation
We stayed in this unit for the third time. There have been many upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. This unit is so comfortable and it feels like home. Casa Clara’s location offers beautiful ocean views, restaurants and shopping nearby. We’ll be back!!

The property is well cared for. The condo was bright, updated, comfortable and very clean. The oceanfront views were magnificent. I just got back last Wednesday and September in the Keys is very hot but the sky was blue, the days were all sunny and the pool was beautiful and clean.

Absolutely perfect Florida Keys Vacation Spot!!!
Wonderful, clean, spacious condo with a spectacular ocean front view. We loved how close we were to the ocean and beautiful, large pool. Private beach was breathtaking. Clay was the perfect host responding to our questions and guiding us on things to do. Private fishing pier was a fisherman’s dream and yes we caught lots of fish! Clay even gave advise on fishing tips, bait, etc. Can fish the lighted pier at night too. Even was able to watch my favorite baseball team in the condo. My next trip to the Keys will be right here.

loved the Key Colony area. Close to what we needed, yet peaceful vacation feeling.
Spoke to owner who was very accommodating. Unit was nice , but definitely needed updating . Bathrooms were adequate, but need updating . Window coverings on large sliders need to be replaced. Panels kept falling off vertical blinds as they were opened and closed. enjoyed the large tvs and nice furniture in main area.

Location, location, location!
We enjoyed staying at this property. Every morning we were greeted by ocean views and ocean sounds! The location was central and perfect for exploring all the Keys, which we did. There are so many wonderful restaurants within a short drive as well. I would recommend this property. We have a very nice quiet and peaceful vaction.

Wonderful Vacation
Casa Clara was perfect for what we were looking for. The unit overlooked the pool and the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the beautiful view. The heated pool was a real gem! The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to Casa Clara.

Location, Location, Location!
My husband and I had an amazing 2-week stay here with our two, young daughters. Kevin was very helpful with check-in and local information prior to the stay. We spent a lot of time at the pristine pool and watching the fishermen haul up all sorts of fish and sharks from the pier. We enjoyed being centrally located in the Keys, as well, and spend time exploring some other areas. Sure, the condo itself is a bit of a blast from the past but it has everything one would need to eat in and relax. We'd definitely return!

Perfect place
This unit is perfect. It overlooks the pool and the ocean. You have your own private beach and pier. It very quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. The owners were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free. It's close to great restaurants and activities. However everything you need is right there, so leaving for a beach or pool is unnecessary. This is truly a hidden gem in Marathon.

Key Colony Beach is a great little city. Casa Clara Condominiums is very well maintained and managed, This unit was a little dated, but very clean with a million dollar view of the pool and ocean. Furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was very fast. The owner is very responsive and wants to insure your stay meets your expectations. Would definitely stay there again. Steve G.

The view of the pool and ocean was excellent. The pool had new comfortable furniture and was very large for swimming. There was construction for the 2 weeks we were there, but that was wrapping up after we left. The location was close to everything.

This condominium felt like home . It had a fantastic view . There’s a great assortment of restaurants nearby couple of grocery stores I’m close to fishing charters parks in aquarium and other things to do . Mr. Krout what is easy to work with and I always answer the phone when I called . I hope to rent it again next year .
