This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium invites you to experience the ultimate coastal retreat with private beach & pool access, tiki huts and BBQ grills.

Sadly at KCBC, pets are not permitted, as per our HOA rules. There is a $500 security deposit hold required to book. It is released 3 days after your departure. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance for any unexpected travel delays or changes. **There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**
