Completed this gated walled compound great for family reunions and large groups. Large boat dockage, swimming pool, and covered parking.

Large Deep water dock for several boats. Parking for one boat trailer only - by City ordinance. Extra parking for boat trailers across the street. For those of you that love to cook, we have a BBQ grill for family and friends.

Marathon Florida offers nature trails, running, biking, and hiking trails. Nature loves to enjoy guided water tours to see all kinds of sea life.

Key Colony Beach and Marathon is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Nice restaurants and bars with plenty of activities to do with the kids. Guests enjoy going to the Dolphin entertainment centers, turtle hospital and other types of activities. Most of all people come here to fish and we have provided everything to make your fishing day a great day on the water!

If you want to rent bikes the company is close and will drop the bikes off and later pick them up for you if you don't have a car. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car.

There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 5 minutes away from the house.

We have a 27' Catamaran boat on the boat lift to rent for fishing or boating. So, you could rent it for a day or the whole week let us know. Just ask us when you would like to rent it and we can accommodate you during your stay.
