HOUSE: Modern-contemporary décor with comfort throughout the house and patio.  PRIVATE PATIO: Relax in the 8 x 12, salt-filtered, heated POOL with 5 jets, underwater LED lights and seating. Enjoy the waterfront, travertine patio with BBQ, loungers, sofas and a coffee/wine table. There is an outdoor dining area for 8 people.
FISHING: A 45 ft. dock located on a 100ft wide canal with the Atlantic and Gulf minutes away via Vaca Cut. Dockside electric hook-up, wash down hose, outdoor shower, cutting table, and bait freezer will allow easy prep/clean-up.
ENTERTAINMENT: Leather, power reclining seating for 4- 6 people. 65 in. smart TV with cable TV. All bedrooms have cable TV. High speed WIFI through property included.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. Small appliances include coffee and tea maker, latte and espresso machine, panini press grill, toaster, and complete cookware. Dining room with waterfront view and seating for 8.
CABANA CLUB INCLUDED: Enjoy access to Cabana Club, featuring a private sandy beach and swimming
pool, restaurant, cocktail lounge, game room, and fishing pier.

Great yard
Had a great and relaxing time loved that we were able to keep our boat there with us. The little pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Favorite thing was coffee in the morning sitting on the loveseats by the water.

The Perfect Place to stay in Marathon
This house was perfect. We have been coming to Marathon for 3 years and this is the best house we have stayed at. The pool is perfect after spending all day fishing. The showers were amazing for getting all that fish smell off as well. Couldn't ask for a better location!

Excellent Rental
The property is just as the pictures show. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation there. We caught quite a bit fish out back. We enjoyed the beach and went to Key West for a day. We had a great time! We will be back.

Amazing week in Key Colony Beach!!
This VRBO was perfect for our week stay! Spacious layout, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms with 2 updated baths. Cruiser bikes for riding around town and a two seater kayak perfect for enjoying Key Colony Beach from the water! Outdoor space is perfect for hanging out! Awesome pool, dining area, lounging spot and outdoor shower! All we had to do was unpack and enjoy! This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the keys! We will definitely be back!!

Exquisite Hospitality
We had a spectacular week at this location. Your house is impeccable clean , beautiful, cozy with a lovely and tasteful decor , paying attention to every detail and thinking on your guests. Your kitchen is great, equipped with everything that you may need. The house is great to relax in family, we were able to park the boat and have it ready to go fish and to go to the sandbar. Over all the house was the perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy the week .

The property had everything that we needed and asked for. It was great would definitely do it again. The only problem I have is this survey is the third time I received it and it's always come in the middle of the night two in the morning 4 in the morning 6:00 in the morning. I think you could schedule the sending of the surveys that are more decent hour that's all I would ask

Because of this, have been trying a variety different style properties on KCB for a few years now, to figure out exactly how to have the perfect trip. We have done giant homes, 2 story homes, condos, single story homes, and this setup was our absolute favorite with kitchen being on same story as the pool and bedrooms in the front of the house away from the canal. I highly recommend this place and would have given it 5 stars if not for the management company.Manament co.- First, we paid extra for the pool heating, which was confirmed with management. Upon arrival at 4pm, the pool was cold. I called promptly and asked them to come turn it on knowing office hours were coming to an end. They said they would send someone out asap, but no one showed and the offices closed. The next day was easter so i knew they would be closed. I chose to send messages through the app so they were ready to help first thing Monday. No one returned my calls or messages until mid next day, and when i got someone on the phone, they said "well you will have to pay for it, and we will only move it up 5 degrees." Regardless, i wanted the pool heated for my kids so i asked them to turn it on. They came several hours later and not only didnt discount my weekly rate or pro rate for the days missed, but charged me more than the agreed upon and published rate.Second, on wednesday the internet and TVs went out. I called the management company and they told me to reset the router, which we did, and it didnt help. I informed them the TVs displayed a message about needing to call customer service to resolve a billing issue, but they insisted on coming to see the message themselves and play with the router. They said they would be over ASAP, but didnt show, didnt call to inform they werent coming, and offices closed again. They showed mid day the following day, only to tell me they in fact had to work it out with owner and took another

The house was beautifully decorated. The layout is huge. Be careful coming out the sliding door because the pool is right there. Docking a boat was a breeze and loading in and out was easy as well. We plan on renting again next year. The property manager responded very fast.

Reviewer Comments: House is in great location HOWEVER, when we first booked the management company told me they had the wrong rates showing on their website and the price would be more than anticipated ... ok ... we still agreed and booked. When we arrived the house was everything but clean! Hair in the showers, pan with food in the stove, past guests clothes behind couch and under bed, beer cans floating in the pool, lounge chair covers with bird ****... I can keep going! Besides that the house only has very limited cooking utensils and pots. Multiple things were broken when we arrived like faucet handle in jack and Jill bathroom shower, garden hose nozzle, outside side table glass. Overall disappointing stay for the amount of money you spent on this house! There are better management companies out there with more attention to detail for less.
