"Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes, recht großes Zimmer mit tollem Design und hochwertigen Materialien. Beim Spa merkt man, dass es mehrmals erweitert wurde. Das ist anfangs etwas unübersichtlich, bietet aber durch die vielen Bereiche aber dann für jeden etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und auch beim Abendessen gab es reichlich Auswshl und sehr gute Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. "Tucked away in Eastern Slovenia this property has all the amenities. Great rooms, great staff, excellent pools. Meals were great. Nice golf course although could be better organized. Difficult to follow. Needs better signs."

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. "The hotel is really nice but no air conditioning in any of the rooms. You can rent a fan but I would have thought since there was no A/C and it was really hot during the day the fan would have been provided. The staff tried really hard to communicate in English even though that was not their native language. "

"We had a lovey time staying at Ivanovci. The house is beautiful and very well looked after. Our children especially loved the pool. We enjoyed fishing at a nearby lake and had an amazing meal at Zeleni Gaj and would definitely recommend. Thank you."

"Was not aware when we booked it that they have Weddings going on every saturday during the summer months would have been good to know as we wouldn't have booked here. 1 of the 2 rooms we rented they had a power saving shower and the battery was dead so we were not able to take a shower as there is no one on site over night to fix the issue. So if you are looking to stay here during the summer months and would like some peace and quiet from late night weddings on the weekend maybe try somewhere else"
