The only negative was that the carpark was really busy and we had expected to be able to park at the hotel but there is plenty of parking a short walk away. The spa was really nice too. "We arrived to a warm friendly reception. Our room was spacious and clean with t&c facilities, hairdryer and well equipped bathroom. Very comfy beds, plugs and charge points everywhere! Breakfast was relaxed despite the hotel being very busy. A server noticed my wife walks with a stick and was quick to offer her to bring her drinks and more. Bonus for us was having a carpark next door. Perfect for central Leicester. Many thanks"

"We have stayed here a few times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and bedrooms have always been very good. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast this visit as the food items were not very warm and the plates were cold. The taste was good, but would have been nicer had they been hotter.
