Great vacations create lifelong memories and that will certainly happen here. Located in a prime location in the middle of town that requires no driving, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Ski enthusiasts will be happy to know they'll be a 2-minute drive to the ski resort, as this area also offers additional premium slopes with nearby access. Ketchum also hosts many parks, serving as the perfect complement to a day of frolicking in the snow. A short drive south will take you to Sawtooth Botanical Garden where you can admire a plethora of different plants and flowers. Drive a bit further and your group can explore and admire Boxcar Bend Nature Preserve.

Inside your contemporary holiday home, turn on the fireplace for a cozy ambiance as you sit back and enjoy watching something on TV. Try your hand with one of the included board games too if you're feeling competitive. The full kitchen has everything you need to make your guests a snack or an entire meal. Better yet, brew some coffee and indulge together on the deck as you take in the mountain view. If you'd like even more of the crisp Idaho air, gather around the firepit under the stars before heading back inside to bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Stay
We had a wonderful time in the condo. It has everything we needed, is within walking distance of the downtown Ketchum, and very close to the bus stop that takes you to the slopes. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek right outside. I highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay
This townhome is newly remodeled and very clean. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which is convenient. The patios opening to the creek makes it very peaceful. The location is perfect as its in downtown Ketchum so we parked our car and walked everywhere all weekend. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay
This is the perfect location central to all Sun Valley has offer. All the appliances and kitchenware were great quality. Please be advised that there is not air conditioning available, but the breeze is perfect. Truly enjoyed the sound of the stream flowing behind the space when the doors were open! Thank you for a great place!

Luxury, in-town destination
From the moment I opened the door, I could tell this condo would be a homerun for my work trip in the Sun Valley area. The blinds were open to the back patio and the sightline to gorgeous Trail Creek was a fantastic first impression. Well-appointed with all the conveniences I needed for my trip. Clean, chic furnishings, and luxurious. Access was unbeatable- I was able to walk to the grocery store, The Limelight, and all of Ketchum’s restaurants and shops. There are not many waterfront properties available for rental and this home made my work trip to the Wood River Valley feel like a vacation.

Buyer beware…
Property location, amenities, and general cleanliness were good. Check-in process and communication with Vacasa, the property management company, was an absolute nightmare! A true calamity of errors. First they gave us the wrong door code, and after multiple calls and texts with their customer service, it was established the door lock was not functioning properly. We did not gain access to the property until a Locksmith came and opened the door at around 9:00 PM. If you are a savvy vacation travel renter, and you do not want to spend hours on hold trying to solve issues via a switchboard, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you rent properties managed either by their owner or a local property manager. Vacasa is a large propery manager managing these properties through virtual chanels. Each time I called I waited 30-40 minutes, and had to repeat the issue all over again, as never got the same person on the switchboard.

The best I’ve stayed in!
I’ve yet to stay in a Vacasa property as nice as this one! Beautiful condo and within walking distance from everything Ketchum/Sun Valley has to offer! Perfect for our needs and the steam shower in the master bathroom is a huge plus! You won’t regret staying at this one!

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!
Beautiful place with a patio right on the creek...open the windows for the soothing sound of running water! The condo has all of the amenities you would ever need and you can walk all over town in minutes. The place has been updated with lovely fixtures and modern décor. Highly recommend!

Great space and location
I thought the home was excellent overall! Really nice having two en-suite bedrooms with a 1/2 bath downstairs, updates all around and excellent amenities. Location was great as well and would definitely book again!
