The yacht was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed every second of our time there. I slept like a baby.
Russell and Curtis were always available for any questions or issues that might come up.you won’t go wrong staying there so so get busy and book your stay.
I have to say that staying on a yacht in Alaska is something everyone should do. What a beautiful boat in beautiful surroundings. I was worried the four of us would be crowded, but there was so much room. We loved hanging out outside and inside. We cooked breakfast, grilled burgers and relaxed to watch movies at night. Such a fun stay and Russell was always available and really accommodating.
From booking this was a seamless journey. The owner, helped us navigate our first time in Ketchikan from start to finish. We have never felt so relaxed! The accommodations felt like home, and that doesn't ever happen. So many beautiful memories made. It was truly magical. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!
LadyFaye is a boat on the water in Ketchikan Alaska. It is a jewel you could see fish, jumping cruises going by and see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Some other nice details on this boat, subzero freezer of course nice kitchen, everything you need to cook with, including spices…it has all the amenities but the nice part is there shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips coffee Eggs, milk, just the extra touches that make your stay perfect. This is my third year coming to Alaska and we love staying on the LadyFaye.
The yacht was very comfortable for 6 of us, including 3 teens, wife and mother in law. It is very well appointed and had everything you would need to cook a complete meal, which we did everyday. We had access to three bedrooms and four bathrooms, which were all stocked, down to the toothpaste. Wifi worked well also.
We took advantage of the location daily. Its about 10 minutes to the Safeway and about 15 minutes the other way to the shops, restaurants and pier.
Russell was very responsive and is a great resource for activities and contacts in Ketchikan.
We had a wonderful time and would do it again.
The Lady Faye was a great place to stay in Ketchikan. We had four guys and enjoyed every minute we were on the boat. One quick warning to anyone over 6'6' the ceilings are a bit tight.
Kitchen is full sized with both a large fridge and freezer. There are two twin rooms and one king bedroom. All three rooms are downstairs and have their own shower/head. The upstairs sitting room is great with spectacular views. Jerry the host was on the spot with a quick fix and plenty of local knowledge.
One of our favorite features was that Jim Parrott our fishing guide was able to pick us up right on Lady Faye's dock.
We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. Russell was very kind and accommodating and had nice touches like breakfast supplies and wine on arrival. The boat was very clean, beds very comfy and cozy, safely docked in a locked private marina. My son caught rockfish off the back of the boat, we hiked and fished during the and had a glorious time. This was a very special setting just watching the busy day of the harbor and made our Ketchikan stay special. We loved the Lady Faye will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay on the Lady Faye. The Yacht was very well appointed with everything we needed, and the location of the harbor was very relaxing and peaceful.
Russell was a gracious host and we would love to return again soon. If you’re looking to relax and soak up all the beauty of Alaska - this is your place
This is a great location to walk to downtown and the grocery store. Cabs are also available if needed. There are eagles, rock fish, jelly fish, seagulls, and spotted seals that hang out there. Sunsets are amazing, too.
Everyone associated with Lady Faye are amazing folks. The vessel was perfectly attired and the support team was impeccable. Living quarters were fresh and well cared for. The experience was worthy of 10 stars.
This was truly a gem in Alaska. Where can you wake up in the morning on the water and have all the amenities of the hotel. The “lady faire “ exceeded my expectations. From sunrise to sunset this hidden treasure was a beautiful place to stay and I would look forward to staying there again. Very close to downtown, enjoyed every moment of it.
Fantastic views. Rooms are what you would expect on a vessel. Nice to have bathrooms with each bedroom. Most things are within walking distance but prepare to walk quite a bit as the boat is not parked in the harbor as it looks like on the listing.
Russel was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. It was a good experience and am glad we chose this option while visiting Ketchikan.
