"Great experience even with a maintenance issue. We did have an issue with room 425 having no working shower and very weak water pressure in the toilet. This was not discovered until later in the evening. The front desk was very helpful. Moving rooms was mad possible to the room one door down. Maintenance did arrive the very next morning. We completely understand it being the weekend that maintenance is probably only on call. I would suggest though that when they have a service call, you have the following protocol in place: 1. Have some sort of identification tag or such on the employee's person. 2. Have a way to notify the room guest that maintenance is on sight, and would like to come up for repairs. It was a bit startling for my daughter to have a strange man enter her room as she was sleeping. She did hear him knock, but did not have time to answer the door before he came in himself. Thank you for your prompt response though. Your front desk staff for all your shifts were friendly, helpful, and professional."

"The check in person was very kind and accommodating. I had early check in, very easy parking, and a lovely time at the pool. When I called in advance to ask about the pool, they took the time to ask the building engineer about the pool temperature. You can walk to many shops, a grocery store, a theater, an inviting green space. My Tesla conveniently charged in the parking lot. I was never concerned for my safety. Everything seems spotless but I would recommend avoiding air fresheners in the elevator. "

"Beautiful resort with amazing staff and service. From the bellman to the check in staff and restaurant waitstaff, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The area behind the lobby had comfortable seating and board games by a warm fireplace. Multiple tennis courts and year around heated outdoor pool were wonderful amenities. Will definitely come back!"
