"The property was an hour drive from home and all the amenities close by. Cathy answered my questions immediately and was a perfect hostess. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heat wave, so it was hot, but there was an A/C unit in the main part of the cottage and ceiling fans all over the place. Had a wonderful time. Thanks Cathy."

"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

This property was absolutely perfect, hard to say anything bad at all. A deceptively huge property has so much to offer, there is something for everyone, regardless of age. "I booked this property for my husband, brother and his family and myself to stay on the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The decor and atmosphere of the cottage was rustic romantic and perfect for hosting the rehearsal after party with the wedding party, getting the bridal party ready on the day of the wedding, and of course to enjoy being with our family. "This lake house is as close to perfection as it gets! I stayed there for 3 weeks and had friends and family come and go as this lake house is only an hour away from Vaughan.
