"Two families traveling together found this home to be the perfect home base from which to up and down the Rhine to see castles, castles, vineyards, and more castles. This hillside house was very comfortable, featured a lovely terrace surrounded by grapevines. Situated in the small country village of Sauerthal if felt as though our visit brought the most excitement the townsfolk had seen in ages. This is a perfect location for visiting Rhineland if you want a quiet, rustic, authentic experience."

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass eines der King-/Queensbett-Zimmer fehlte und damit verbunden ein ganzes Zimmer. Deshalb reiste leider einer unserer Freund ab. Was sehr schade war. "The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."
