"The room was rather chilly, and cranking up the thermostat did not help a lot. It was also rather noisy, both from outside (I could hear my neighbors) and inside (something was buzzing all night, air conditioning?). The room was small, but quite functional (I enjoyed the light switches just by the bed). It is a good hotel for overnight business stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly, and they have a small shopping corner by the reception in case you need water, snacks or other essentials. "

"The hotel provides free drinks, cookies and apples at the lobby when we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise to us as we were tired, thirsty and hungry from the travel. The reception staff (a male trainee) was very patient and helpful in attending to us and introducing the locations to us. Room size was spacious for 2 of us and breakfast was fabulous. Me and husband really enjoys it especially the bacon and sausage."

"We travelled as family and couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast selection was huge, great coffee and lots of fresh local food which was lovely. The hotel is cool, with lots of funky features. Our room had a balcony which was great, especially in a city centre hotel in a prime location. There is a play room for kids which was a nice touch Great access to all public transport and about a 15min walk into the centre itself"
