Indulge in the epitome of comfort and convenience at our vacation rental. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, complemented by an inviting island for gatherings. Unwind in the living room adorned with a leather sofa and a state-of-the-art TCL Roku television. Each bedroom promises a luxurious escape, featuring queen-size beds dressed in premium linen bedding and blissful memory foam mattresses. Ample closet space ensures your belongings find a stylish home. Step into a tranquil outdoor haven featuring a tiled island grill, inviting seating arrangements, and a rejuvenating hot tub. The fenced yard beckons your furry companions to explore freely without worry. Other things to note
For a nominal fee of $50, consider bringing your pets along to join in the vacation fun (limit 1). Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Lint rollers are provided to effortlessly combat shedding, and a kennel ensures their safety when you're out exploring. To maintain the pristine condition of our home, kindly refrain from leaving pets unattended and resist the temptation of furniture. With a lush new yard, designated areas are available for your pets' needs, so you can cherish a pristine outdoor space throughout your stay.
House Rules: Minimum age for renters is 25. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. NO SMOKING is allowed on the property. No unregistered guests are allowed. If you need to add a guest please feel free to contact us. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and observe quiet time from the hours of 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect the checkin-checkout times. Please take care of your keys any lost key will incur a replacement fee. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Trash bins are on the ally side of the driveway and are labeled trash or recycling. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premise.

Fantastic property! Exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The 2 bedroom 2 bath floor plan was perfect for 2 couples. Wonderful support from property owner and was available anytime we needed her. Hot tub was a plus. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kerrville.

Lovely Visit
This is our second visit to the Private Bungalow in Kerville's Garden District. This has been the perfict accommodation for us as a ritired elderly couple. It is quiet and yet near everything you may want in Kervile and for Hill Country visits to parks and shopping. The amenities are just right. While we never use hot tubs, the one there looks convenient and privqate. This is definatly a 5 star rated rental.

A BEAUTIFUL Home!
Erin was fabulous with communication. The home is absolutely gorgeous. Looks right out of a magazine! The smores maker was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed using it. The hot tub was also a nice surprise. Close to everything we needed, grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for a great time!

Wedding Weekend Stay
My partner, myself and two of our good friends and their one year old stayed here a weekend for a wedding. We had a great time and the house fit us all well. The house has a ton of great touches that make it more special such as a record player and a cute journal for all of the guests to write in. The host was a quick responder and left us stuff to make s’mores and a bottle of wine. The con’s we faced were that there was a ton of rain so we weren’t able to use the hotub. Because of the rain there was some leaking in the laundry room that we reported and we noticed that the master bath shower leaked under the floor tiles. We told the host. We were sorry to hear that our hosts grandpa had past over the weekend and they reached out stating that they may have to come by the house to get things but we never saw them. As I said, we were in town for a wedding so after the wedding we had 4 friends come over and sit on the living room floor with us and drink wine as we caught up and put the baby to sleep. We were called immediately by the host stating that their neighbor said we were having a party. We were definitely not having a party and were not even playing music. I understand the hosts concerns, as some people might treat rentals this way, but we did not and were surprised to be accused of this. Ultimately this location is great for a small group and very cute with a responsive host. I would say not to plan to have any friends stop by unless you check in with the host first.

The cottage was very charming and so clean. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the deer every evening in the front yard. Very close to everything in Kerrville. Peaceful and relaxing.
