Lots of contractors making a lot of noise outside at 5am, 2 days in a row . Rooms were not cleaned well. Hairs and spills from previous visitors were present in abundance. Staff was not friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Insufficient pillows and towels. We gave it a second chance and have now stayed here twice in last few years because of the price but We will never stay here again. Two times over 3 years and same results.

Have stayed a couple times. One visit was noisy. Our last stay, the pillows smelled bad and the bed has a jutting metal piece I hurt myself on many times (room 104)

There's crickets in the bed there's crickets in the floors there's crickets all over the room and will not be able to be moved and no refund I will never submit another reservation with y'all again just sucked I came home and drove home I understand where I needed you cuz it was dirty and nasty The crickets all over the place

In all my 40 years of being a Texan and spending time in Kerrville and in all Hill country, I’ve never encountered an establishment where for just $64 you can tour and stay in an actual Meth Motel where your next-door neighbor is playing with wire in his truck and after he decides to venture off into other endeavors, another crackhead decides to bang on his door for an hour straight let’s just say I don’t think he was just there to say hey to his buddy. Not to mention the tour of your own hotel room is that of a scene from New Jack City. Unfortunately, that is not the attraction I was looking for.
