Unwind in Kerrick at this superb cabin. This tranquil retreat features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy living room with a futon, and a bathroom with a shower. Perfect for guests looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We think our place will help you experience everything Kerrick has to offer.

Call this little cottage home while you 'do the northland'. Clean, cute cottage sleeps 4, with a fully stocked kitchen. Located on the popular scenic byway (hwy 23) to Duluth and just minutes to the vast trail system of the Nemadji State Forest, no need to trailer your atv or side by side! Just a short drive to the many lakes of the area. The cottage is within walking distance from the the Duquette General Store, where you can enjoy there in-house smoked ribs, and get supplies for your stay. Take the scenic route on your bike to Duluth for a day, or hit the trails, and come home to a comfortable cottage! Or visit Moose Lake, where you can try a craft beer at the Moose Lake Brewing Company, do some shopping, get a great cup of Joe at Joe Jitters Coffee House or dine at one of the restaurants in town. Not to mention the agate hunting! Why stay at a hotel when you can have your private cottage to call home while you are exploring the many adventures this area has to offer!? Nice little place
Its a nice little place to stay for a few nights and go to Duluth. Definitely cheaper and nicer than a hotel. The general store down the road really does have anything u need and good coffee.

Perfect for trail riding
We all enjoyed our stay, we will be back in the future for sure. It's right off the atv trails and we could sit by a fire at night which is much better than being stuck in a hotel room.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was within 30-35 min drive from 3 state parks. It was perfect for us plus our dog. We had a nice little fire one night. It was nice and private.

Great little cabin
Inside of the cabin was great. The living room area is larger than it looks in the pictures. The dogs loved having room to run around and we didn’t run into any while there (preferable). Bathroom could use some work, but it’s functional and did everything we needed.

Exactly as advertised - Cozy, quiet, well located cabin in the beautiful north shore area of MN. We explored the nearby Moose Lake state park and did a day trip to Duluth area. Overall a great stay and I really am thankful for being able to have the opportunity! Thank you.

Great getaway in the woods
This little house in the woods had so much rustic charm and character. It had everything we needed and then some. Some of the pictures are out dated, as there is now a deck on the front of the property, and we never needed to use the outhouse. Owners were prompt with response, and were very accommodating to our needs. Would 200% stay here again!

Quiet getaway in a nice small town
We had a great time at our getaway! The area is beautiful and very peaceful without getting to isolated. The locals are very friendly and the Duquette general store and Wild Horse Tavern were perfect for what we needed during our stay. Our family cabin doesn’t having running water or electricity so this was quite the upgrade while still being very rustic. Highly recommend!

Cozy, comfortable cabin.
The location is great for us visiting relatives at a nearby campground. I am kind of scared to use the bathroom in the dark by myself. That and the front blinds and screen door in disrepair are really the only downsides. They have literally everything you might need.

beautiful setting, lots of wildlife, cute cottage, well kept, right around the corner from general store, bar n grille and atv trails- very convenient some dishes not so clean, some pet hair lingering around cabin. Window AC is not able to keep up with daytime warming cabin temps, grateful for box fans used them at night in open windows and doors to cool things down. Wifi was great, we enjoyed getting away for a couple days.

Great place reasonable price
We stayed there to ride our ATV’s in Nenadji State forest. The only downfall was having to go outside to get to the shower and toilet but not a huge deal. It was like a normal bathroom just not attached to the cabin. This was close to the state forest and we road then to the trail head. There is a nice bar and grill and general store within walking distance. The general store smokes ribs Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
